I stayed at this hotel last year, and I still fondly remember every day I spent here. A cozy, green place with an incredible atmosphere of tranquility and the southern sun. The hotel itself is located on a street with a poetic name — Humanistic, and it really reflects the mood: it's warm, homely and sincere.
The rooms are clean, with everything you need, the territory is well maintained, with plenty of places to relax. The sea is just around the corner. The hosts and the administration are responsive and friendly, always ready to help and suggest where to go and what to try in Abkhazia.
If you are looking for a place where you can reboot and feel the real southern hospitality — you are here. I'm already planning to come back!

We were at this hotel from 6 to 17 September. Very convenient location, 3 minutes to the sea. There is a wonderful store downstairs with the best prices and assortment!!! Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel, starting from the security (they will always help with advice), the lovely girls at the reception, and of course the very friendly staff of the cafeteria, who fed a simple but very tasty breakfast!!! The hotel is clean, comfortable, TV, Wi-Fi, toiletries, bathrobes, everything is as in the pictures. We will miss such a cozy place.. hopefully, over time, the hotel will have its own sun beds and umbrellas, the only thing missing on the beach. Who wants a clean sea, peace and comfort, come here!!!

we stayed at this hotel in June 2024. The hotel is very beautiful, modern, clean. The location is close to the sea (but the waves are more frequent here, we even went to Gagra to swim normally, the sea is calmer there) There is a shop on the ground floor, as well as a cafe where we had breakfast, breakfast was included on the ticket. The food of course disappointed us sooooo much, they could have been fed the same thing for 2.3 days, porridge is always tasteless (complained at the reception, said that it turns out too dietary breakfast) on the trail.The day the kitchen staff was aware of the complaint, they said that:" Everyone has different tastes and we try not to over-salt and over-sweeten, you can do it yourself....) thanks for the coffee and cheesecakes - it was very tasty. Separately, I want to write about the city of Gudauta itself, we went through all possible places where you can eat. There is also a huge disappointment in the food, there are few cafes, and the prices are much higher, the price-quality is at zero (there is something to compare, it is not the first year in Abkhazia, we try to change locations). obviously, we will not return to this city anymore, she did not impress us with anything.

A wonderful, modern, clean, cozy hotel! The admin girls are just wonderful! They will always help and answer all your questions! Although the breakfasts are not varied, they are very tasty at home! I definitely RECOMMEND IT! We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights from 30.07 to 06.08. We did not find any disadvantages. Everything in the room is in working condition, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. A huge plus in our own generator. While there was no light in the whole of Abkhazia due to lightning, we felt absolutely no inconvenience.

We stayed at this hotel in early September 2024. The hotel is new, very cozy, with friendly staff. They greeted us like family, which is very nice. The rooms have snow-white bed linen, a set of towels, bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics, wi-fi, daily cleaning (not only floors are washed, but also railings, doors) - everything is just perfect!
The sea is 2-3 minutes away. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a Premium market and a cafe. Very convenient.

Great hotel, I will definitely come back here again)
A new building, aesthetic rooms - everything is as in the photo. Breakfast was included - although monotonous, it was still delicious. The female kitchen workers were pleased with a good mood and pleasant conversation.
It is 5 minutes from the hotel to the sea, the sea is clean- there are at least people in October. In general, the location is quiet, only passing cars can be heard at night (if the windows are on the road, it may be a little noisy)
Of the cons, we lived on the 2nd floor, close to the stairs, we could hear the TV and conversations at the reception from the room.

The hotel is very nice, comfortably clean, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, refrigerator, the sea is visible from the balcony. The wardrobe is very convenient for clothes. There is a kettle, dishes. There is a shop and cafe for vacationers in this building. Everything is cooked delicious, very nice women. I liked everything very much, both the hotel and the staff. Thanks everyone.

A new Hotel, respectively, furniture, appliances are all new, at the level! It's great for Abkhazia!
There is a small cafe on the ground floor where you can have breakfast. The prices are very affordable.
For example, cheesecakes 250p., scrambled eggs with bacon 200p., porridge I do not remember. Coffee and tea for those staying at the hotel are free, not for those staying 50p. Moreover, ground coffee is Oriental, very tasty! Thanks to Ivan the bartender! The staff is friendly! Also on the ground floor there is a modern store with prices like in Russia, or even cheaper, there is everything you need.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of territory and a swimming pool. And the rooms with sea views overlook the road. If it doesn't matter to someone, I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is new. For Abkhazia, a very good combination of price and quality. The cleaning is excellent! It's all clear! The linen and towels are in perfect condition. Friendly staff. The clear sea is nearby, the stop on the highway is nearby, it's not far to walk to the center.
Of the cons: if the windows overlook the sea, then they also go out onto the road, where cars constantly drive, drive up to the store on the ground floor - it's noisy with the windows open. Plus, I would like to have a hook in the bathroom so as not to put everything near the sink.
Otherwise, it's perfect!

The hotel is great. Everything is clean, everything is new. They are cleaned daily. The room has everything you need: air conditioning, hairdryer, private bathroom, kettle, refrigerator, shampoo and shower gel in disposable packages are brought daily, towels for body and feet, bathrobes and slippers, TV, clothes dryer. At the Wi-Fi hotel. Electricity was cut off almost every day in the city during the day, in this case the hotel has a generator, so all appliances are always working in the room. There is an iron and a board on the floor.
The only negative (it did not bother us in any way), the room at the back of the hotel, was spelled out "with a view of the mountains", in fact - with a view of the neighboring building (see photo). If the view from the balcony is important to you, it is better to check with the administrator before booking. I repeat: this did not bother us in any way, we rested quietly and ate on the balcony. There is no kitchen or place for cooking, but there is a cafe on the ground floor + there are good cafes nearby, you will not get hungry.
There is also a shop on the ground floor, you can pay with a card without commission. There is an ATM, but I don't know what the withdrawal fee is.
It's close to the sea. Not directly, you need to go around 3-4 houses to the beach, it will take you 2-3 minutes.

A wonderful hotel, very cozy - beautiful interior, everything is tasteful, the receptionist is pleasant and hospitable, we stayed for 5 nights - we liked everything so much that we did not want to move to some other city, although initially there were plans to stay in another city, I will definitely come and recommend it to all friends

The hotel is new, cozy, comfortable.
The room was standard, with a sea view. A huge plus is a large balcony and stained glass windows, a kingsize bed and air conditioning. The water pressure is excellent. High-quality furniture, clean towels and bed linen. Friendly staff. The most pleasant impressions remained. The sea is across the road. Clean and calm.
A good supermarket on the ground floor and a great khachapurnaya in the Sukhum cafe.

The Molodoy Hotel is open for the 2nd year.
It's clear! They clean every day, change towels and bed linen.
Any issue at the reception is resolved quickly. You can also order a taxi, transfer, and excursions here. They warn you about the arrival of the car.

Comfortable, clean, fresh towels in the rooms (3 for each), bathrobes, bed linen, shampoo, soap, gel. The equipment includes a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer.There is a shop on the ground floor, reasonable prices, wine 270 rubles, there is an ATM. The cafe was not working, it was obviously out of season (we were at the end of April). It's a five-minute walk to the sea. My husband and I were there, 3000 rubles per room.

Breakfasts a-la "kindergarten": eat what they give, you can't order anything, "where did you go, but clean up after yourself." But it's delicious, though simple. You just need to be prepared for the style of communication.

There are no complaints about the hotel at all. Everything is new and clean. They clean it every day. The Internet is working fine. The hotel has its own generator, so when the lights go out in the city during a thunderstorm, everything works in the hotel. The hotel is just super! Modern, everything is thought out, clean, comfortable mattresses, snow-white linen, smart entrance locks, everything worked. In the morning, I don't want to get out from under the covers, a gorgeous view of the mountains. There is a kettle and mugs, shampoo, towel, hairdryer, bathrobes. What is important for Abkhazia, there is always hot water and light, generators are probably installed. Plus unobtrusive staff. Downstairs on the 1st floor there is a great supermarket. Close access to the beach.

Amazing hotel. San room is very comfortable, it has everything for a successful holiday. I took a room with a mountain view and was very pleased with my choice. The room has a wonderful balcony, very often I sat there, meditated. Amazing staff, always ready to help.
The sea is across the road. The beach is rocky, but I'm fine. The main thing is to take bathing slippers with you.
One of those hotels where you want to come back!

The hotel is really great. I have not been to other hotels in the city and the country, but I have seen enough of the old renovated Soviet hotels when choosing, so I can note the novelty of repairs and bed linen. The room has almost everything you need: two towels for hands and body, one for legs, a bathrobe, shampoo sets. There were not enough hooks for towels and a set for brushing teeth. The sea view from the 4th floor is amazing. On the ground floor there is an excellent shop and a coffee shop, which is suitable only for a coffee break or breakfast, the assortment is small. Daily room cleaning: take out the trash, vacuum, change consumables. Towels are changed every 3 days, and bed linen is changed on the 4th day. The staff is very friendly, but I advise you not to put a "do not disturb" sign around noon, because then they may not come in for cleaning again, even after a request at the reception. At the reception, you can purchase excursions from the only travel agency in the city, which is very convenient, since they are picked up at the appointed time directly from the hotel. In general, if you compare with most hotels and inns for this price, I have not found a better one yet, so I can definitely recommend this place to stop in the quiet, peaceful city of Gudauta.

We rested for 10 days in August 2023, booked a 2-bed room with a sea view. The hotel is new and wonderful in every way!!!!!! The rooms are spacious and bright, everything in the description corresponds to reality. The cleanliness is simply amazing, they clean every day, every other day they offer to change towels and bed linen if necessary. A couple of minutes walk from the hotel to the beach, there is a shop downstairs, there is an ATM (though not Sberbank), although in principle cards are accepted almost everywhere. Inexpensive and delicious breakfasts are also prepared on the ground floor (scrambled eggs, cheesecakes, porridge + coffee/tea). There are many cafes around within walking distance, you can choose according to your taste. The sea and the beach are very clean, you can always find a place. The only thing is, there is a road nearby, so you can hear the noise from cars, but it didn't bother us at all.
The impression of the hotel and its staff is the best, except for words of gratitude for a great stay and there is nothing to add)))

Great hotel in Gudauta. The newest rooms, everything is clean, daily cleaning, snow-white bed linen and towels. There is a minimarket and a small cafe at the bottom of the hotel. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace. I recommend it!

We are thrilled! A new hotel that compares favorably with the traditional options here!! Stylish minimalism, excellent service. A week before that, we lived in the Hilton, it's no worse here at all! The view from the room is either the sea or the mountains, both options are beautiful.

The hotel is new, the room is comfortable, I would like a hook in the bathroom for a towel. The staff is wonderful, but the disadvantage is that the price is too high 5800 for a 3* hotel in September for 1 person and on the 3rd floor Wi-Fi in the room does not catch at all, it is inconvenient to approach the door or go out into the corridor.
