Everything is very beautiful in the picture, but in fact the hotel is very tired! Everything is shabby, the bathtub is covered in black mold, the wallpaper from the walls dangerously hangs in rags, it's scary to walk without slippers, these carpets haven't seen a vacuum cleaner for a long time... someone's small black hair is in the bed, I don't even want to think from where it fell out there... an oilcloth is laid in the bed, either we looked unreliable, or the mattress will no longer stand... the cleaners have been fully cleaned 0 times during all the days of their stay. Upon check-in and a small riot, 3 alternatives were offered, I had to choose the least battered one, there is no clean a priori. There are a lot of Indians in the hotel, 2 buses are delivered daily (in September), in the evenings they drink and huddle in large piles, which is a little scary. Maybe one day I'll talk about it laughing....

The hotel does not even pull for 2*. The room is terribly smoky. The bed is terrible, dirty. There is mold on the tile in the bathroom, the plumbing is not washed from the word at all. And the bonus was that when I wanted to go to bed, there was black hair on the sheet... I called the cleaning lady, and she told me in a calm voice that she did not have time to clean the rooms.. I have not heard or seen this in any hotel in the world, even in backward African countries.. In general, the hotel just sucks!

Everything is smoked through, it doesn't smell like five stars, after a small scandal they gave a bigger room, the breakfast is such that somehow it doesn't exist, of course it turned out to spend the night for 10 thousand rubles, but in Baku there are a lot of hotels with the same price and much better, and of course they have beautiful pictures on the book

The hotel needs renovation. The spa area is great, but everything else is not so great. Although the staff is diligent, this will not replace the fact that hot water is disappearing, and the wallpaper is moving away from the walls in places.

The hotel is 5 stars. There was once. We stopped by the room at night, we got out of the way, everything seems to be beautiful to a tired eye. The next day I began to look around. Everywhere there is small garbage on the floor, under the bed there are all sorts of hair bands, rosaries, a sealed condom. The room is smoky. In the dining room, the dishes are not all clean, you need to choose. And so for one visit to Baku, I even strongly advise.

The hotel was empty. There was no buffet. Brought an individual, terrible! The hotel does not even pull two stars. The rooms are old, everything is smoky! Repairs have not been done for many years. The TV didn't work. They didn't even bring toilet paper. When we were there, the guys turned around and quickly ran away from the hotel! I don't recommend anyone to anyone!

Terrible place, the hotel is a maximum of 3 stars.
The bed is hard, as if they forgot to put a mattress. Linen will be provided to you separately from pillowcases, you will fill it yourself. There is no water in the room when checking in, when calling rumservice it turned out: there is no water without gas, only cherry juice, and they brought a multifruit. of the entire menu, 75% of the items were missing. When ordering pizza, it came cold. Ordered caesar with shrimp - brought chicken. The pool was icy, stank terribly of rotten water, and was not turned on, like the rest of the area. They turned everything on on their own, after the administrator came up and turned off the Hamam)) said dangerous! A blizzard blows from the windows, like in old movies. Wi-Fi works only in the middle of the room, it turns off on the bed all the time. The buffet and breakfast are a separate story, going into the restaurant, they turned on the light, the preparation was zero, they waited about 25 minutes until they just came to us. It's cold in the restaurant, the children were sitting in hats))) breakfast itself (continental 5 stars) one boiled egg, sausage, tea, cucumber, tomato, bread and tea)))
I do not recommend it in any case!
