The specialists lack basic PC knowledge. I took 2 pictures yesterday, which I also wanted to get in the electronic version, since CDs are for Old Believers. I only got 1 picture, and that was a day later. I can't send it by email. It is "convenient" for them only in telegram, and then compressed versions by messenger, and not in the normal way through uploading images with files. I explained how to upload images without loss of quality via telegram, but I only received a reply that they only send pictures. Well, at least not with a photo from the monitor. I will not use the clinic's services anymore and I do not recommend it to you.
