Excellent mini-hotel with 10 rooms! Located in a cottage development, the territory is fenced, there is silence and beauty around! Since there were not many people in the hotel, the reception offered to visit the sauna with a swimming pool for free (although they are not included in the price), such a customer-oriented approach is very pleasing. The rooms have a very interesting interior design, for example, a transparent shower cabin right next to the bed! There is air conditioning and a mini fridge, so there will be a zero hood in the summer. I also liked the breakfast very much - it was very varied and delicious. The price of the standard room is 90 bel.rubles, tomorrow is included. In the corridor on the restaurant there are many photos of famous actors and stars of the Russian Federation with local hotel staff, it's interesting! I found only one negative - the noise isolation between the rooms is bad, I could hear the neighbor's conversation on the phone well! In any case, this is one of the best hotels for a relaxing holiday!

But: there is no drinking water in the suite. There is one in the cooler in the hallway, but there are no plastic glasses ((( you can run to the room for a glass, but you will have to take off your shoes back and forth, because there are no disposable slippers in the room either ((

The very first thing: very pleasant, kind staff, immediately creates a feeling of comfort, like at home. The bath itself is spacious. The pool is quite spacious, massagers are working, the water is warm. The locker room is small, but we took turns changing clothes.

I really liked it. The pool and Jacuzzi are above all praise. Underfloor heating, a spacious hammam (we chose a hammam, but there are two more baths to choose from), a gym. In general, the impressions are wonderful, I recommend a good rest for body and soul.
One of the disadvantages, as for me personally, is the lack of closed shower stalls and there is no rack or holder for rain. There is also a camera, but only indoors with a swimming pool, so you can't swim naked in the pool.

We stayed for 2 nights, booked a single room and a suite double for 3 people. The hotel is located in a quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the main street of the city, and 30 minutes walk to the center. The territory is well-groomed, beautiful, the administrators are very friendly - they told and showed everything, the settlement is fast. Incredibly delicious and hearty continental breakfasts (coffee or tea, a plate with sliced sandwiches, scrambled eggs with meat and salad and dessert). A very cool pool, which you need to sign up for, the visit time is 1 hour, and there is no one else in the pool at this hour. The rooms have a smart TV, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning, cleaning every day. Shower gel and shampoo are in small bags, so it's better to take them with you, especially if you have long hair and wash often :) The single room is cozy, but due to the fact that the shower is located directly in the room (the door is only to the toilet), there may not be a very pleasant smell from the riser. I want to ventilate and refresh the room a little, but there are no screens on the windows, so insects can fly in. The suite double suite is beyond praise - a bedroom with a door, a large bathroom and a living room with a sofa and armchairs, tables, bathrobes, 2 air conditioners - in the bedroom and in the living room. It's very comfortable to live, but I also want to ventilate :) In general, we are very satisfied with the stay, many thanks to the service staff, we will definitely return again

Of the advantages
- breakfast is included in the price, hearty and delicious;
- swimming pool and gym are also included;
- the staff is polite, ready to meet you halfway;
- the room is spacious, there is a smart TV, there is also a cooler in the hallway;
- quiet and peaceful, as it is located in the private sector;
- the hotel is modern.
Of the cons:
- the bedspreads and curtains in the room are very dirty. You literally don't want to sit on the bedspreads, as they are all covered in large greasy spots;
- there is an air conditioner in the room, but there is no remote control;
- there is also no hair dryer in the room, but I was initially warned about this;
- some administrators had to pull out information about the hotel and room with ticks, as they were busy with telephone conversations. When asked if it was possible to eat at the hotel in the evening, they evaded, allegedly, but go to the park, and wait a long time, etc.;
- if you are not driving, then it is quite far from the center. But there are shops nearby.

I didn't take a room at the hotel. We ordered a steam room with a swimming pool. There is a lot of space, a large pool with hydromassage, a small pool, three saunas, everything is clean and tidy. Have a nice stay in a nice place!!! I really liked everything! :)

A small quiet hotel with 12 rooms, was occupied day after day, there were either apartments or economy rooms available. Quick and clear check-in. The economy room is quite decent, there is everything you need: soap accessories, refrigerator,
air conditioning, etc. The hotel has a good continental breakfast: scrambled eggs with bacon, a couple of slices of sliced, delicious pancakes with berries and coffee. Of the cons: there was actually no hot water on the 3rd floor, which is strange for a complex with a swimming pool, well, not a word about the pool itself at the reception.

I stayed for a day, so I can't appreciate all the services of the hotel. Of the advantages, I managed to note the comfort in the room, quite cozy and pleasant, clean and very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and shower; I managed to try only breakfast (scrambled eggs with ham and fresh vegetables and herbs, pancakes and tea) quite nutritious and edible!
The staff is polite! The yard is quiet and cozy!

The receptionist is just wonderful, who has short hair. Upon arrival, I offered to go to the gym and pool, and I did so. The water is warm, clean, and odorless. The room is comfortable, everything is there. There was breakfast, but alas, I do not like fried eggs, sausages in the morning. I would like milk porridge, but this is a small thing, purely my preference. The location is convenient. I slept great, quiet, and warm.

I have been choosing a hotel in Gomel for a long time. The prestige turned out to be one of the best. There is a swimming pool, a large courtyard with decent landscaping. I liked the interior of the rooms. My wife and I had a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Free secure parking for cars. The staff was polite, they were processed quickly and offered to pay before eviction. This is convenient, as we ordered dinner at the hotel cafe in the evenings. There was no need to go anywhere to look for a place to eat. This is especially convenient when checking in, when you are tired after the road. The breakfasts are included, delicious. They are served quickly. I didn't like only a few things: bread for breakfast was given one piece at a time, and once very small; there were no disposable slippers and dental supplies in the junior suite, I had to go to the store to buy; the light in the bathroom is very dim, and the room is cold white, very bright; there is no shelf near the washbasin and in the shower stall. It's very inconvenient. And finally, for three nights I still couldn't get a good night's sleep because of a very uncomfortable pillow. And once at 02.30 in the morning, my wife and I were woken up by the loud voices of some drunken company. I had to go out on the balcony and make a remark to them. I think that the hotel staff should keep an eye on this. By the way, the location of the hotel is very good in the city.

The room and furniture are worse than in Soviet hotels, switches at the entrance to all light sources, sockets are not planned, the heater and kettle had to be plugged into an extension cord with protruding wires in the closet, the carpet is dirty, it rained all night and drummed on polycarbonate under the window, it was not possible to fall asleep and rest, at 21 00 they started vacuuming, and from six in the morning to rattle the doors. Of the advantages, a good bathroom, but the sewer stinks from the drain hole in the floor, good and comfortable mattresses, but the splashing of rain did not allow them to be fully appreciated, a good breakfast, polite staff. The price - quality does not match.

Excellent hotel in Gomel. I stayed there more than 20 times. A quiet area of the city, but not so far from the center. Nice rooms.
