A complete disappointment. This is the first time this has happened to me. I usually don't leave reviews, I just can't keep silent here. In January, I bought a pair of shoes for spring, in a store for Builders, I really liked it. At the end of the season, the sole of my shoes cracked. I decided to contact the store with this question, the lovely sellers made up a statement and told me to wait a few days for their call. The next day, I got a call and was offered to come for money or choose another pair of shoes. Everything was fine, the sellers served and offered me everything they had, but unfortunately nothing suited me. I asked for a refund of the money I had paid. And here it became more and more interesting. When I bought shoes, my husband paid for the purchase with a card (his own, foreign), and of course I do not have it. I was told that they would only refund the money to that card. Of course, I understand everything, but that card is no longer there, it has expired. At my request to return the money to another card or in cash, I was refused. The most interesting thing is that all this was voiced to me by the store director, who also spoke rudely and was rude, said that he did not need such customers. He will decide when and how to return the money. That day I went to the Department of commerce, where they explained to me that he had no right to refuse my request to return the money in cash or another card. So, in the evening I returned to the store to write a complaint against the director, and the sellers tell me that we will refund the amount in cash or to another card. The sellers apologized very much for the behavior of their director, but this is simply not acceptable. I got my money back, I was disappointed in this store and will never go back there again. And if you, Dear, the director of the PRESTIGE store, are not competent in the rules for returning funds to the buyer, I advise you to contact knowledgeable people.
