Nice cozy houses with air conditioning, toilet, shower, hot and cold water in the house. The sea is 30 seconds away on foot.

Everything is not bad, but there are moments, some beaches are paid, the local government abuses the covid19 problem and closed the beach of the Metallurg boarding house, as I saw only for the elite! In terms of housing prices, as in Abkhazia, it is more expensive in some places.

One of the best beaches in Sedovo, a good, inexpensive cafe on the Coast, where you can get drinks, snacks, and have a hearty lunch. There are rooms in the hotel and bungalows.
