Perhaps the best place to choose decorative plaster in Minsk (and definitely the best if you sweep away competitors that will leave only a black hole in your wallet). A month of searching and the agony of choice for me ended right here. The only place where, as a client, I was not loaded with terminology, application technique and my own pathos, but really told what kind of material was needed for my requests. And the final price was MUCH more pleasant.
