I ran into them to print out 4 photos, I didn't choose, I just got caught on the way. Unfortunately, I didn't like the print quality. First, they printed it on matte paper and the quality left much to be desired, I asked them to reprint it on glossy paper - it didn't get much better, I paid x2. The quality of the paper in two cases is the same as on cardboard. The specialists aren't particularly interested in you, as long as you stay behind.

The staff is terrible... They won't tell you anything or even say hello. It took them more than half an hour to print ordinary 10x15 photos. The equipment failed several times. The employees obviously undergo short training, as a result of which they do not know what to do and how to do it. They won't help you format photos for their best quality or smooth edges. The complete lack of any qualifications in the field of photography for employees! Inability to use printing software.
In general, the print center is full of beautiful paraphernalia, but they clearly have problems with the main thing...

I do not recommend this printing center, the customer service manager responds to messages God forbid once a day, I constantly had to clarify something or call. There is no organization in the execution of orders, the client is not warned that the color rendering may differ during printing, no one has named the final cost during the work. I was very dissatisfied with this printing center.

It's the worst printing center I've ever been to. The female employee seems to be in the workplace for the first time. They can't even do the basic thing of scanning documents! It took more than 25 minutes to wait for everything to be ready!

First of all, I needed to make business cards and design for them. I wanted the paper to be "velvet", all the inscriptions are "lacquered". I explained to the designer on my fingers what I need. The girl understood me very well and by the evening I had 6 variants of business cards. And everyone was good! Many thanks to the designer.
A week later I received ready-made business cards and everything was perfect!!! The way I wanted!!
The second order was printing on clothes. The fabric is very thin and hard to work with. And the owner of the salon himself took up this matter. I treated the work as responsibly as possible! And the result was appropriate. I was satisfied!!!
I should also mention the girl at the reception. She is as cultured and pleasant to talk to as possible. Helps clients, always in touch.
Next time I will apply only to this salon.

I am dissatisfied with the work of this center. We were told on the phone to type as fast as possible, send it by e-mail. A letter with detailed instructions was immediately sent to their address (color double-sided printing, hole punch filing in a folder), as soon as I arrived 40 minutes later nothing was done. In response to the question why, the answer was "I don't have time to look at the mail, there are a lot of people." After that, I had to leave and I said I would be back in 10 minutes and again nothing was ready, although everything was said. The cost was considered for a very long time. In general, if you want to use the services of this center, have an extra hour of time in stock, provided that the work is sent in advance.
