I replenished my card today at the Catapult Shopping Center at the address of Oil Builders 26 in the amount of 455 rubles. as a result , the information kiosk ate a bill of 100 rubles , the scoreboard showed 355 rubles I called the operator twice, the first time they said they would consider it within 30 days, and the second time they said within 15 days. Am I supposed to stay up for a month and think about when my money will be returned to me? Now I will be afraid to top up my card. I am disappointed with this attitude towards my clients.
