My first real surprise from the work of this bank was around 2010-11, when during the next dollar crisis they introduced a chip for paying to view the balance on the card through priorbank ATMs. Ie, yes, I'm with a priorbank card at a priorbank ATM - the first three times a week you watch the video, then you pay. "These are greedy goons," I thought then.
It's been like 15 years. Nothing has changed, greed has not gone away.
Every time I withdraw euros from an ATM on Pushkinskaya Street, every time I come across either a bill painted with something, or a torn one. At least one, but it will be. Every damn time.
The problem is that then I can't put this bill anywhere. Exchangers do not accept any, especially priorbank. The argument "I got it at your ATM half an hour ago" doesn't bother anyone.
Well, that's right, why hand over dilapidated bills to the national bank, waste money and time on this, you can just load them into an ATM, let the bank's customers waste time and money.
An excellent scheme.
It's been boiling for as long as it's possible.
In addition to the tricky schemes with currency at ATMs, the prior's client must suffer, i.e. you will pay a commission for any sneeze. I have never seen more commissions than at the Prior.
At the same time, the size of the commissions themselves is often taken from a very far ceiling.
And for those who are most interested, get in, look at the conditions and amounts of trust management commissions. There are a lot of interesting things there)
To sum up, I have been a client of Prior for more than 15 years for reasons beyond my control and I can say that, according to my observations, this is the most greedy bank in the Republic of Belarus.
I do not recommend it to anyone.

It's just become one of the worst banks lately. They put money on the card through their ATM, the ATM ate the money but did not come to the card, and for almost a month now the bank has been using other people's money and extending the deadline for reviewing the application.
