A disgusting bank, in general. This department is no exception. There is no work with clients as such. Employees prefer to talk on the phone rather than work. I waited for forty minutes and eventually left. Although I can't say that the queue is large, but according to my observations, employees (from those who still work, and do not talk about the phone) cannot correctly convey information to the client, everyone has a lot of questions. After the end of the service, people ask a lot of questions, already standing, as they were going to leave, but did not receive all the information. This visit prompted me to use the application to issue the card. But everything turned out to be just as sad there. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. Although, perhaps, I would recommend masochists, they know how to hurt in a different way here.

Terrible service. You need to wait 45 minutes for service at the checkout. You take the ticket, you wait and those who issue the card go in front of you without a queue. There is only one cash register. Shame on you!

An ordinary bank, BUT there are always queues for 30/40 minutes due to the 1 cash register working, the management sees reviews, but to improve the quality of work, no one opened the 2 cash register , I will withdraw cash, close the card and go to another bank ! For the center, the shame is in the form of 1 working cash register !!!!
