Well, it's just terrible. I came to the bank just to change the number. There are 30 people in front of me for the same service. I came on purpose an hour and a half before work — as a result, I did not change the number, the queue advanced by 5 people. How long does it take to sit in the bank just to change the number? The bank is closed on weekends. There are no other branches. HOW DO I CHANGE MY PHONE NUMBER???!?!?!

It's just awful! You sit in line for more than 1.5 hours, served by 2 people from 4 booths with receptionists. One receptionist sits at the reception, but does not accept. The queues are frenzied, they ask her to start the reception, she refuses. I work on a schedule from 8 to 17, coincidentally, my employer is serviced by this bank, it is impossible to get in!

The location is good. There is an electronic queue, but there are always a lot of people. Two information kiosks, you can top up the card in different currencies (euro, $ - for some reason they removed the replenishment in a $ 100 bill, Russian rubles, and of course white rubles). Two ATMs. ATMs and information kiosks are located in the bank itself. The bank is closed on weekends, but the ATM and information kiosk area can be accessed using a bank card. All services are paid and more expensive than at other banks. The department itself is not very big, considering the eternally large number of people. The staff is polite and competent, they explain and prompt everything.
