It's just awful! You sit in line for more than 1.5 hours, served by 2 people from 4 booths with receptionists. One receptionist sits at the reception, but does not accept. The queues are frenzied, they ask her to start the reception, she refuses. I work on a schedule from 8 to 17, coincidentally, my employer is serviced by this bank, it is impossible to get in!

Two ATMs. ATMs and information kiosks are located in the bank itself. The bank is closed on weekends, but the ATM and information kiosk area can be accessed using a bank card. All services are paid and more expensive than at other banks. The department itself is not very big, considering the eternally large number of people. The staff is polite and competent, they explain and prompt everything.
