Not a bad ATM. I've withdrawn cash here 4 times. For the 4th time, when I was withdrawing cash, it refused to issue a 10-ruble banknote. Then I realized that probably the ATM didn't have just such bills. It is for this 4 stars, and so everything is fine. A big plus is within walking distance from my work
