It feels like they put only children in the call center. They can't connect three words, you hang on the line for 15 to find out a little thing, they ask someone else every question!

The department is not for individuals. Currency exchange or payments, you will stand forever!!! Because all legal entities are in priority and your ticket, which starts with "A", will be processed last. There is also no information about the queue, and the usual procedure for 5 minutes stretches indefinitely.... It's sad!
