I was in this department for the second time in 3 days - the queue is huge, the specialists are slow, the electronic queue is buggy all the time. There is another branch of the Prior nearby - it's empty, but there is no cash register, so everyone goes here and the bank can't cope.
Moreover. Once again, the bank leaves an unpleasant impression with its innovations, and in my case, additional financial costs. Recently there was a competition in the Republic of Belarus for the best bank of the year, I wonder who took the last place there, after 20 years of working with the bank - I have formed a firm opinion that this place is for these guys!
