I took the carpet to the cleaners on November 2, took it away after 2 weeks in the same condition, it wasn't even cleaned at all, came back with the carpet, they made a fool of me and said it was clean-I twisted it with small pieces of shertsi from clothes and the presence of hair, and got it with pieces of wool and hair.Even the smell is missing that it was cleaned!I can't understand - why deceive people like that?Before that, I handed over the white carpet-they cleaned it - there were no complaints, so I decided to take the second one.I've only heard negative reviews about this dry cleaner, but t,K. I have it near my house-I tried it and I don't advise anyone.It is better to hand it over to a private school.cleaning or rent to order a Karcher.

After reading the bad reviews, I took the jackets at my own risk. The staff is very kind and pleasant, but the "clients" are completely inadequate. I came at 13:10 there were 2 people in front of the house (I did not know the schedule), there were 20 minutes left before lunch. After me, about 5 minutes later, more people started coming and the staff started warning them that they would not make it before lunch. As a result, the girls were already late accepting me for almost 10 minutes of THEIR LUNCH (I would never do that in my life), and the people in the queue who were AFTER ME yelled, behaved inappropriately, said that they were already "WAITING for HALF AN HOUR" and that they were "late", and that "girls they work very slowly." It was a complete zoo. I feel very sorry for the girls, so I attach a work schedule.
Well, by the way, my jackets were cleaned very well from both fuel oil and grease stains and stains from the iron strap on the bag. Only 45 rubles came out for three jackets

There are not enough staff, the equipment is outdated. The acceptance is terrible, things are not accepted, because the master is new and does not quite know how to do dry cleaning, and the master who knows how to clean everything has quit. Acceptance takes 15 minutes - one unit. I have been serviced for 10 years, but there has never been such a terrible service. As soon as the company transferred to the balance sheet of Mogilev, all the problems began. The management should build the work process and update the equipment, and not only issue directives from above on how to evade responsibility (warn the customer) for the services provided.
