Great place, we'll come again.
My little tomboy (6 years old) I really liked it.
A huge location of various interesting pieces, any child will be able to find something to do. The location is so big that sometimes the child disappeared from view and it took more than 20 minutes to find him, but everything is safe and cool. There are a lot of staff who monitor everything that happens in the park. Special thanks to the park administration for thinking not only about the children, but also their escort. There are a lot of pillows on which you can sit while watching the children's chaos))) there is also a cafe with quite acceptable prices (this time I did not try the quality and taste of the dishes because it was the first time and I was afraid for the safety of the child). But next time I will definitely sit in a cafe, knowing that my son will return safe and sound.

- Parents need to pay 5 rubles (once) to enter the park. The cafe has a fairly limited menu, you can not bring your own food (the exception is a birthday cake). The entrance ticket is not cheap, and it is bought for the whole day. It would be possible to make a price depending on the time spent in the center. At the moment, there is a very large number of visitors on weekends.

My 5-year-old daughter loves children's centers, sometimes she walks all day. We've been here 2 times and we're both leaving in 2-3 hours. At the same time, the most favorite area is trampolines, there are many mazes, but for some reason it doesn't walk there at all. My 11-year-old son left as soon as they entered, saying he was bored. There are a lot of big kids in the center who are interfering with the kids. I think it's a mistake to let them in. Everything is very expensive inside, 0.5 liters of water costs 5 rubles. In general, the center is big, but somehow boring, the children somehow have nowhere to put themselves there. And on 02.02, my daughter's favorite attraction, the soft space mountain, was already closed for those.service. A great place for children's entertainment. Slides, trampolines, a ball pool and much more are all assembled in one place. All-day unlimited ticket (you can leave and return) . Polite, unobtrusive staff.
The on-site Cafe does not have a full-fledged children's menu (no soup, no mashed potatoes, no pasta, no cutlets...) but you can go out and have a snack at any other place.
We were there on Thursday afternoon. We had a great time.

The next time we decided to skip classes and arrived on a weekday at around 11 o'clock to get there for sure. There were almost no people. The entire territory of the park was practically ours). The children tried all the playgrounds. We tried our strength and skills on all the slides. In short, the class. Closer to 17 o'clock, people began to approach. But before that hour, my children had already played enough.
The price of the issue is generally ridiculous. On weekdays, the price for large families is 20 rubles per person (fairy tale).
There is a cafe in the park, where you can drink coffee or eat pizza. However, the exit from the park is not prohibited. And there is a food court on the same floor with the park. Which is very cool!!!
Pouf chairs are carefully located around the perimeter of the park. The second half of the day was spent with my wife "lying around" in chairs and sticking to the phone (as well as 80% of adult visitors))))
To summarize: the eldest son (15 years old) said three hours later that he would not mind moving away from here. The middle son (12 years old) played enough after 4-5 hours and did not mind going home. The youngest (6 years old) was not particularly thrilled after 7 o'clock, because we were all exhausted and ready to go home. That is, she was not enough, she wanted to stay more))))

We've been to the park twice. Both times on weekdays. The first time, a month ago, everything was fine. The children are contented and happy. I even advertised this place through the child's Instagram (the child is a film actor and has many followers), BUT yesterday we had no luck. It was 20.01.2025, the child turned 10 years old. In the morning, at about 10:30, we came to the park, and there were a couple of people there. The child immediately went to the climbing wall, he loves it! And then it started!! The bored operator girl rudely put me in my place, telling me to stand behind the black line.. Well, I didn't say anything. Then, when the child began to conquer the peaks, she also rudely told him that the limit of attempts was only two times! The child was upset, last time there was a cheerful guy cameraman, it was also a weekday, there were no people and he climbed as much as he wanted, set records (there is a timer and there is excitement), the guy cheered him on!! And here :(((. With a spoiled mood, our birthday boy went to the roller coaster. And I went behind his back to sort things out with the climbing wall operator - why was the child allowed to climb only twice when there were 5 people in the entire park??? And there's no one on the climbing wall at all??? Vague explanations about such rules were refuted by the rules themselves- IN WHICH THERE WAS NOTHING LIKE THAT!!!!!!! It was only an hour later that the child dared to go to the climbing wall again. We approach the attraction and see that the same bored cameraman, who did not have a SINGLE person after us, went to make herself an aquagrim!! When I asked her to launch the attraction, she replied in a defiant tone that "I'm taking a break." To which I showed her that the clock was 11-45, and the break at the attraction was from 12.00 to 12.30!! After that, she also referred to some management, which I suggested calling here!!, who allegedly told her to leave this facility altogether for another one, and after a series of arguments again, the attraction was released to us!! I would like to note that other parents with children, during the hour and a half that we were there from 10.30 to 12.00, could NOT get to the climbing wall.. because the operator behaved provocatively and no one, except probably me, wanted to contact her!!!!I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW THE ATTENTION OF THE MANAGEMENT TO THIS EMPLOYEE!!!!If a person doesn't like children and doesn't like their job, maybe you should think about changing jobs.??? One of the advantages is a convenient location and plenty of space.
Everything else is on the downside. We are greeted by a completely unfriendly staff who cannot even properly explain the points in the questionnaire. Further, the park system itself is completely incomprehensible to me, in other amusement parks, children after 5-6 years can be safely left to the staff who looks after them and go about their business. In this park, the staff does not monitor the children, and as it turned out later, an 8-year-old girl was not allowed to go to most of the attractions without a parent. As an escort, they give only one additional bracelet, i.e. we came as a family, dad, mom and child, we were given 2 bracelets. We can't leave the child alone, but we can buy another ticket just to sit at a table in their cafe, well, somehow not for free, the price of one ticket is 70 rubles. I will make a reservation that there is no other entertainment in this adult park except for the cafe, where food is not included in the ticket price. As a result, the girl and her dad were running around the rides, and a very tight-lipped mom was standing at the entrance to this miracle. The floor is very slippery in places and the child is wearing socks, slipped and fell. Imagine my surprise when at that moment the staff did not even pay attention to this, although my daughter was crying quite a lot. After that, we left the park altogether. I was especially impressed with their attitude to the reviews when I wrote all my questions on their Instagram page and they were stupidly deleted.

From the point of view of organization, food, service, I also liked absolutely everything! The owners call this park a family park. But there's nothing there for adults.
They wrote about a lot of free rides. And there is only a small simulator for young climbers, an unsafe path of poles and a simple slide for tubing. Everything else is a big maze for kids.
There is a constant queue for the available couple of attractions.
The price implies staying there all day, but my daughter wanted to go home after an hour and a half.
I had a hard time persuading her to run with the other kids. In fact, the locked children entertained themselves by running through a large maze. Similarly, they play for free on the street, at school or in kindergarten.
I definitely won't drag my daughter here, because in this "family" park I just had to sit on uncomfortable furniture while my daughter disappeared into the depths of the maze. It is better to go to other entertainment centers SEVERAL times than once to Prism Park.

It seems to me that price flexibility and the ability to pay for the time we actually use would be much more reasonable and fair.
The pricing policy, at a minimum, requires revision. I understand that children's centers have their costs, but for parents who come for a short time, such a high fixed price can become a serious obstacle to visits. I hope that this issue will be taken into account in the future, and the center will have more convenient and affordable offers for parents like me. And what can I say, if the first time we were wildly delighted, then the second time it's a complete disappointment. The rules of the visit have changed so much that we were just shocked. For the first time, a child of three was allowed to visit all areas of the children's center, except for trampolines for adults. But that's okay, because the baby zone, which is up to four years old, has its own trampolines. You could climb all the floors of the maze, climb the volcano and the spider tower, slide down the tube and from the dynamic glowing slide, enter the Ninja zone. Unfortunately, children under the age of five cannot do all this now. They can only visit the kid's area and be on the first floor of the adult area, where there is a pool with balls. Oh yes, you can also go down the slide in the form of a blue-orange tube. How's that? Yes, the ticket for kids has become cheaper, which is logical, because there is much less entertainment. But you're putting these kids in the same zone as the adults. And all I had to do this time was walk around and explain to the child that it's not allowed there, it's forbidden here, and this attraction is for adults. This is complete nonsense! It shouldn't be like this! You opened up on such a big scale, everything was so wonderful. And now you are the only children's entertainment center with such rules! How can I explain to a three-year-old that 70% of the play areas in the entertainment area where we are located are forbidden to us?! Especially if the last time, and it was at the end of November, everything was available and there were no age distinctions. Last time, parents were allowed to wander through the labyrinths of all floors with their children. But this time you can't. We recruited a bunch of students who sit near each zone and sort of monitor compliance with all the rules. It's just ridiculous from the outside. Someone saw Dad upstairs in the maze and was waving his arms, saying get down, you can't go in there. And when someone sees it, he looks down at his phone and pretends that he doesn't notice anything, he's too lazy to make unnecessary movements. We should also decide on this. And then one girl was sitting at the entrance to the Ninja zone - she let us in, after a while another came to replace her, made a fuss - like you can't come here. Half an hour later, the students changed again, and again no one said a word to us. In general, it's a complete mess! And if suddenly two children come from the same family, where one is 3 years old and the other is 10 years old. They also want to play and climb everywhere together. I really hope that the owners/organizers will hear me and do something about it.

Entertainment for children is good, but it's not the customer-oriented staff that spoils everything. The prices in the cafe are too high and do not correspond to the quality of food and service. Caesar for 25 rubles was tasteless, and the coffee was served cold, I had to ask to redo it. There was a reservation at almost all the counters, and when I asked why, they said that there were not enough employees.

They itched very much, decided to go to the pediatrician, the pediatrician could not make an accurate diagnosis, prescribed a couple of ointments and antihistamines, but said to watch and if it doesn't go away in a couple of days, go to a dermatologist. The older one didn't have anything. After a couple of days, nothing disappeared from the child, but only new and new spots appeared. The dermatologist's diagnosis is bites, more like the bites of furniture bugs. They told me to disinfect the furniture where the children sleep. The youngest child is isolated from the room, sleeps for several days in another room with his dad. The older one wakes up a day after isolating the younger one with the same itchy bites. We went to this park to promote the park on Instagram, arriving in Minsk for the weekend. The child really wanted to visit him, the result was a head injury. Ambulance and hospital staff visited the park on November 09.
When purchasing a ticket, the staff works only at maximum capacity, without thinking about the safety of your children.
Parents were informed that a child of 8 years old can stay in the play area unaccompanied by adults, parents can leave and not be near him. Our parents, having made sure that all the rules and regulations are observed at the airport, quietly purchased a single ticket.
Safety instructions are not carried out with children or parents, from the word at ALL.
After an hour and a half of the child's stay in the play area, in the interval, the parent and grandmother monitored the situation, walked in and watched, the child suffered a head injury.
There are a lot of children in the game room.
Initially, the park staff did not even want to call an ambulance, after the demands they did it anyway.
Accusations of the reception staff, including the administrator - You were not near the child! And this is your degree of responsibility, we have nothing to do with this situation. No words of apology and so on have been received from them. The ambulance provided first aid in front of the visitors of the shopping center, there is not even an elementary household room - and this undermines the image of the institution and violates the personal boundaries of the child. The child was examined at the RNPC, thank God there are no serious injuries. Contacting the park administration later, the answer is the same - Your child violated the rules of being in the play area, jumped and ran outside the set time. We did not have the right to provide the video, and this is a violation of the legitimate rights of my interests related to the threat to the health and life of my child. There is only one question - where is the staff of the institution, who monitors compliance with the rules and regulations of being in the hall. The answer is that there are staff, but not at all attractions, there are instructions in the park that parents and children should read and follow!!!! We have left an appeal in the book of comments and suggestions. To which the head of the park answered by phone, we will answer you according to the law on the appeal and goodbye ........ For the management of the park, I want to draw special attention to the fact that after receiving an unsubscription from you, we (the parents) will not stop there, we will contact the competent authorities. I APPEAL TO ALL PARENTS AND OTHER ACCOMPANYING PERSONS BEFORE MAKING A DECISION AND VISITING THIS PARK, think 100 times, the administration and staff do not care about the health of your children ...

I have never seen such nonsense anywhere.
3. Age divisions. One child is 3 years old, the other is 7. The baby zone is very boring and our child is not interested. But as an adult, they just told him all the time, "you can't, you can't.""We've heard this dozens of times and it bothered us, because the younger one wanted to play with his sister. But when we went to the smaller area and my daughter got bored, she came to us, two minutes later a girl came up and said that only children under 4 could be here!!! What about you?.. can you imagine if a mother comes with two children of different ages, but one child is not allowed here and the other is not allowed there?!! This is just an absurdity!!!
