I applied for 2 projects (landscape and electrics in a private house). I thought for a long time, I decided for a long time whether projects are needed in general. Many people dissuaded me from this act. Now I can safely say that projects are needed! Anyway, if you don't just have a small apartment. The company is quite serious. After looking at the photo on Google, it seemed to me that there was just a team of like-minded people in a rented office, but when I arrived at their place of deployment, I realized that there was a whole institute there :). In my opinion, the organization should be like that. The attitude towards the client is as it should be. In the process, I delayed the deadlines, the guys were loyal, thank you for that. They are very easy-going and flexible, pleasant to communicate with. There are clear, calm and professional answers to any questions. I am glad that I collaborated with them. I highly recommend it. The money spent on the projects was worth it. I recommend posting more photos on Google so that new customers can better understand what kind of organization you are :). I am developing a project for a monolithic house in this company. Initially, I applied to several organizations to design a house on the site. However, I chose Projekminsk because of their quick reaction to calculating the cost of sections of the projected house and constant communication with the client. This is the only organization that responded within 24 hours to an e-mail request with a description of the task. The first person I talked to at work was Victoria, the account manager. She explained to me the principles of working with clients and quickly guided me on the cost of work. I decided to work with this company and develop all the necessary projects for the house AR, KJ, CD, heating, water/sewerage, electrics.
The founder of the entire project was Evelina Lozikova. It was very pleasant and comfortable for me to work with her in terms of design solutions, the development of facades and the entire concept of the house. There have been several iterations and changes both in the planning solutions and the appearance of the house. The original task was revised several times and Evelina put a lot of effort and time into getting to my innermost thoughts and desires for creating a house. She is a great professional in her field. It is felt that she strives to realize herself as an architect and realize her ideas, listens to the wishes of the customer and offers processed, time-tested solutions. In my opinion, it laid the foundation for further development.
At the moment, the AR section has been completed and work is underway on the remaining sections. I am grateful to the Projekminsk team for working on my house and consider it necessary to have a complete set of documentation for the house being designed and under construction in order to minimize costs and correctly calculate the cost of construction. I hope for further cooperation and the development of projects for other structures together with this company.

Great company with professionals. An absolutely customer-oriented company, up to a temporary regime. Managers are knowledgeable and do not try to mislead or hide pitfalls, and even if they do not know the answer, they will find it out from narrow specialists and inform you. An open organization is not a salesman!!! And the people who bring their work to life. I would also like to mention Dear Kristina Dmitrievna, an architect by vocation. At her young professional age, she is able to hear, but also, in turn, has her own professional point of view. From anywhere in the world, you can work and discuss ideas, understanding literally from half a word, even with my drawing skills in ISO 7th grade with 3 points))). With a project of 500 sq. m. with enormous technical and landscape difficulties. The result is a cherished permit in your pocket. We worked on the house for 3 years, 3 architects changed, and finally the organization found this diamond, which I am sure will raise this company to the 25th floor of a Belarusian skyscraper!!!
