I have addressed Oleg Evgenievich repeatedly. He will always listen in face-to-face mode and in online conference mode (which is very convenient). He will always give tactful answers and a step-by-step plan to achieve the goal. I like the fact that a person always delves deeply into the essence of the problem. He doesn't make hopeless promises.
