I've been wanting to write a review for a long time. For several years now, sometimes (because I know the seller's attitude) I go to this store (Magnet shopping center). And every time I come across a terrible attitude towards the customer- a lack of desire to advise and help, a terrible tone in conversation, arrogance, and timidity.

A very unpleasant salesperson (with black hair). She didn't say hello in response to a request to help pick up the paint, she just told me where the palettes were, that you could choose for yourself, and continued to sit and do your own thing.

I join the higher-level reviews. The store itself is not bad, the assortment is good, BUT the attitude of the seller (a woman with long black hair) spoils the whole impression. If it wasn't for the product that was in this store (the store on Dzerzhinsky Ave.), I definitely wouldn't have bought anything. I made an online order, and the next day the store called to confirm the order. But what a boorish attitude to customers on the phone is beyond words. I don't say "hello" or "goodbye" about this at all. Apparently, for a salesperson to greet customers is something supernatural.They spoke to me in such a boorish tone, as if I owed the store something... upon arriving at the store, they tried to sell me a smaller product at a larger price.
Management, put the store in order, your rating could not be worse, but with such employees, the store will close soon because all customers will go to other stores, of which there are plenty. An employee who hates people shouldn't work in the service industry at all.
