The workers do not want to make claims about the setup, since the adjuster is also the head of production. We have recruited people, but a maximum of 3 lines are working at the same time. There are questions about occupational safety and health. Cardboard is stored in the smoking area. The approaches to the lines are often crowded with products. They are allowed to work on the equipment, with the protective covers not closed. They do not provide PPE in full (they only give gloves). When applying for a job, they said that there was no problem to take time off, in fact, the head of production was not happy that he asked for 2 days WITHOUT pay, warning IN ADVANCE and writing an appropriate statement. This is despite the fact that there is often no work... There were not enough lockers for all the workers. The prices for the details were reviewed on the penultimate day before the end of the contract. Constant staff turnover, 3 people left in a month. The salary does not exceed 1000 rubles (by the operator of the HCO)
