The furniture is great, the sales assistants are great, but the delivery and movers are something on the verge of fantasy... I got the impression they were the store director there, of course, let's say, but when they announced to me the price of lifting furniture to the second floor with a freight elevator, I almost fainted 150 white rubles, and the furniture was 2.40 meters long, I would understand four meters... It's just some kind of lawlessness in the price for the service, and I understand that even such a service is legally absent, it's very sad and not pleasant. And the delivery to the entrance is carried out simply by bringing furniture, although it was stipulated that it would be unloaded before the entrance and there it turned out that it was not. Dear visitors and buyers, be sure to specify the details, otherwise the delivery of such a thing to the 9th floor will amount to a thousand rubles!!!!

I want to leave a review for the store staff
On January 21, 2024, picking up furniture for my apartment, I came to the store on Barykina in Gomel....
Choosing a sofa model, a consultant was called to tell me about this model. The lady who came up to us...with such a face, like what do you want and why did you come here at all ....
She answered all our questions reluctantly..everything had to be pulled out of her .....what you don't ask every time sighs ...
There is no desire to return to this store anymore!
The furniture was purchased in the furniture quarter
Slutsk furniture, the consultant girl is such a smart girl!!!!!
I told her everything, I showed her, I was so worried that we would not go to another seller, I tried so hard
And in conclusion, make Progress for your employees, make a PO from sales, otherwise they get their salary and they didn't care!!!!
