I urgently needed a jackhammer, the Mile on Dolginovsky was closed, I always took it there.I called, they said it was in stock, the price was 30 rubles. day .I arrived, it turns out that for this price you can only take the unit, and if you want another "peak", please pay 7 rubles extra, if you want a "chisel", you can drool another 7 rubles.I was shocked, I constantly use the rental service, I have never seen such an "ambush" anywhere.There was no suitcase, they gave me a package from the store, at least they didn't charge for it.They also tried to get some kind of insurance, but I still didn't understand if they wanted to insure me or their own unit.When asked why there was a separate fee for "extras", they said that these were consumables.So it turns out that I don't have to return them? In general, before you take something from them, think 7 times, but I'm unlikely to come back to them again...

When calling, they found out about the presence, but did not warn that there was a MALFUNCTION. Already at registration, they said that the tip of the hose of the device was missing. When asked where you can buy such a thing, they answered "at the pharmacy", which is not true, they also could not say what it is called. After visiting 4 pharmacies and medical equipment, we could not find it, you can only order it and it will arrive in no one knows how many days. At first they did not answer the calls, then they simply DROPPED the CALL when they complained. The employee has an absolutely indifferent face and attitude towards customers.
They also said about the return "we used to have this component available" why it is not available now and why we need information about what happened before is unknown; "others somehow found it" is not a customer-oriented phrase that can be uttered. 4 hours were lost due to the incompetence of the employee. By phone the price was 70p, upon arrival the price became 92p.
