At first they did not answer the calls, then they simply DROPPED the CALL when they complained. The employee has an absolutely indifferent face and attitude towards customers.
They also said about the return "we used to have this component available" why it is not available now and why we need information about what happened before is unknown; "others somehow found it" is not a customer-oriented phrase that can be uttered. 4 hours were lost due to the incompetence of the employee.
