I called the PKP company in order to purchase products. There was a specific application for the product that this organization sells, judging by the site on the first search page. To be honest, I also work in sales and communicate with clients on a daily basis, but in this case I was in the role of a client, a client who calls himself to buy. They said to drop the application for Viber, I sent it to the company's work number on 10/17/2024 (status read). As of today (10/23/2024) there is no response, not even a greeting. I usually do not write reviews, anything happens, but I could say hello and answer that I am not available or that we will contact you later due to the heavy load. After studying the product, I found what I needed from competitors.

I rarely write reviews, but this one will definitely be useful. We ordered arrows for pressure gauges, Anastasia's manager billed for a week, and the second time it turned out to be done in accordance with the request. The payment was received from us immediately. the delivery was delayed for a month, they lie that the goods are in Minsk, then the car leaves St. Petersburg for a week. Then a week later, I'll call you back- he doesn't call back! No feedback!!!! It is clear that there are all sorts of working moments. We found a compromise on how to resolve the issue (a letter from the factory for the preparation of letters of guarantee to supervision, in order to somehow get a passport of the opp on a piece of paper and install it later, anything happens) But Anastasia couldn't do it here either!!! I have not seen such a disappointment in specialists for a long time. Perhaps the company and the products supplied are in order, but due to incompetence, misunderstanding of their work and how to interact with Customers, I put a bold one star with a minus!!! It's just a nightmare!
