At first, it seemed like nothing happened, but then....It's just terrible....They do what they want...people from the same organization who have the same insurance pole are recorded differently (medical insurance). Sometimes they write to Associate Professors and candidates of medical Sciences, sometimes not, then they immediately send a letter of guarantee for both consultation and ultrasound, then there is no other employee...It is almost impossible to get through, especially if you are at the doctor on weekends and you need their confirmation (for ultrasound, etc.), they also answer for more than a day...Then they had a glitch in the program and it took 3-4 days to get through or finish writing there at all...Spent money and nerves...I do NOT recommend it!!!

It's not the first year I've been insured here. Everything always happens quickly and efficiently in a calm and friendly atmosphere. Insurance that requires approval from the Security Service will be agreed upon themselves in advance.

The horror! An unreliable company. Everything is aimed at paying you as little as possible. It's basically a hoax. This organization does not perform the real function of an insurance company. The attitude of many medical institutions towards her is frankly squeamish . It's the worst insurance company I've ever worked with. Don't waste your time and nerves on incompetent people
