It used to be better . There is no stability . Certain products are there, then not. I'm used to buying certain products. There was curdled milk , but now it just doesn 't exist . I'm buying Savushka's product. It also happens intermittently. Brest-Litovsk butter, Vodar bread, etc. Onion is small and not of high quality.You need to change the supplier . The prices are higher than anywhere else, although the coffee in the coffee machines there is one of the best. There is no such thing anywhere. The toilet is the most terrible of all the toilets that I have ever seen in Belarus. It's always dirty, it stinks, there are some homeless people, drunks and drug addicts. The guards don't look much in that direction. The faucet handles haven't been working for 7 or 10 years. Somehow, there is not enough money from the profits to allocate for new faucets. There are a lot of advantages, but you can't count the disadvantages at all-if the toilets were normal, you could still close your eyes to the rest. One of the most famous and popular hypers in Malinovka, and probably the Moskovsky district of Minsk. I experienced everything possible, including the construction of the Malinovka metro, despite the problems that have been and still pleases with an excellent choice, adequate prices and very tasty food. Moreover, this applies to both FoodHack products and their bistros inside the ProStore itself. Solid 5!
And stop without a fly in the ointment, it still won't do, the toilet there is just disgusting, it feels like only homeless people live there, everything stinks and pisses, the photo is attached.

I think the store is ONE OF the WORST among the Minsk hyper shops. Anyway, as far as the infrastructure for buyers is concerned.
Example number 1. Some time ago, there was a repair near the corner lighting mast (see screenshot). The tiles on the sidewalk were dismantled, a hefty pit was dug and abandoned for 4 months. I applied verbally at first, then TWICE made entries in the "book of suggestions and comments" - ZERO reaction. The pit lasted part of the winter and almost the entire spring, and only with the arrival of heat it was eliminated.
Example number 2. Logically related to point 1. The very place where this pit was is a bottleneck for pedestrians who walk from the subway to the "Expanse". Not only is there a narrow sidewalk in itself, there's a lighting mast sticking out at the corner, and a concrete "cube" was also stuck in THERE, ostensibly to prevent someone from driving onto the sidewalk. As a result, there is very little room for passage (especially if you walk with shopping bags in your hands).
Again, I applied. I left notes to expand and reconstruct this bottleneck. But the answers were as blunt as possible – they say, "It corresponds to the project documentation." Yes, my dears, (probably) it does! But this design documentation was drawn up at a time when there was NO Malinovka metro station, and the main stream of foot visitors was from the residential area, from Yesenina Street! And there are wide approaches, stairs, etc., etc. And now the flow of people from the subway is probably 10 times more than from a residential neighborhood, and everyone has to squeeze through this bottleneck.
And this ostrich policy of "We don't know anything, everything fits" does not adorn the leadership of Prostor in any way!
Well, example number 3 (subjective). In my opinion, the shopping carts in Prostor are the MOST disgusting among all Minsk shops. Because: the bottom of the cart has a VERY strong slope, everything slides down, plus the bottom itself is VERY low. Bending over when taking out purchases is completely inconvenient. Well, really, when the decision was made to purchase these trolleys, no one thought to test them?!
PS By the way, in the photo and screenshot you can see the wide "goat trails" on the lawn, which were trampled by people walking from / to the Malinovka metro station. Of course, it is naive to expect that the management of a hypermarket will ever turn to the City Executive Committee with a proposal to equip normal sidewalks there, because everything already "corresponds to the design documentation" (((

The store has high prices in Minsk, narrow aisles, and endless queues for food (meat/cooking). Frozen goods are sometimes not frozen enough, sometimes they come across as if unfrozen. Refrigerators work with God's help, periodically something from the milk with a good shelf life tastes spoiled. The loyalty program is useless, it is possible to save a ruble a month)) the fruits are expensive, the quality is low, the tangerines in the nets are rotten, the grapes are crumpled. Good pastries and pastry are good, the main thing is to watch the expiration date.
In general, it is unclear why it is necessary to build a beautiful clean shopping center among the huge areas of Malinovka-Brilevich, but this horror exists. I sincerely hope that he is living out his last days.

This is definitely the best hypermarket in Minsk, the best I've ever seen. Parking is convenient and free (for long periods of time it is paid, but there is enough time to buy). Near the metro, the only thing that they forgot to take the path from the subway entrance to the store, there is only a path. The choice is simply huge, all the products are fresh and of good quality. I will say separately about baking, which is just a legend there, also for pennies: try croissants, creamy or with chocolate (for 1.5 or 2 rubles). Croissants of similar quality can only be found in bakeries and coffee shops for triple or more the price! The store has about 20 cash desks + 2 sections with self-service cash desks, queues do not actually exist here. Baskets open with a 2p coin, there are baskets on the handle. There are a lot of cafes and other shops in the building, although I don't see the point in them. There is a pharmacy. There is a place for bicycles at the entrance (along the avenue it is convenient to get to and from the center by bike paths). In short, the buzz, I recommend the store 👍🏿

I always come here for fresh cakes if I'm driving by. A big good store, there is everything. Free parking for 2 hours is more than enough to buy everything and leave. The only thing I don't like is that the entrance to the main trading floor is only at one end, and if you parked and entered the building not from the main entrance, then you have to walk a "kilometer" along all the ticket offices until you reach the entrance. It's very annoying.
