I bought glasses in this optics. I fell for the fact that they check my eyesight for free and give me a prescription for glasses when buying a frame. I picked up the frame, chose the lenses - they sold the most expensive, they said that with my eyesight (-6.5) ordinary lenses would be very thick and everything would be strongly curved, so you need to take the thinnest, as a result they told me the cost of 1000 rubles (about $ 400) of which about 800 were for glasses. I was a little freaked out, but I decided that at least I would have good glasses, okay. When the glasses were ready, I put them on and was even more stunned - with glasses it seemed that I could see every leaf on the tree at the end of the street, but it was very uncomfortable to look at up close. In addition, they put an astigmatic lens on 1.5 diopters (I have never used astigmatics before), you need to get used to it, and such a sharp jump in diopters is simply inadequate. It was impossible to walk in these glasses, I came to the optician several times - the manager was not the one and did not agree to accept the frame, then something else, then they sent a Lumen to another optician, so that the doctor there confirmed that the lenses were incorrectly selected for me, although I specifically went to the medical center where they picked up the glasses and the correct recipe was given. In general, I suffered for three months, as a result, one glass was replaced, but a little later after the replacement I noticed that the anti-reflective coating on it was not the same color as on the second one, although I initially overpaid some amount for these coatings too. I will never go to this optician in my life and will not recommend it to anyone.

Their optics are bullshit. The warranty is only for three months. After a year of use, the glasses already need to be changed, and the money was given for such glasses and rather big ones. The staff says that these glasses can't be found anywhere, but you can find better and cheaper ones, but then I didn't know about it and didn't think about it. The lenses were bought with an anti-fat (or whatever it is) and anti-glare effect, it feels like these effects are no longer there, they are constantly getting greasy. Either everything was erased, or something else.

I strongly advise against it. I bought glasses, they were poorly chosen. When I came with a question about lenses, the consultants just threw up their hands. But it's not even that there is a lack of professionalism, but in attitude - just to sell. I regret contacting them.
