Good afternoon. I want to leave my feedback on the lumen optics located in Gomel at Mazurova 36. A month ago, I ordered glasses. Initially, they said they would be ready in 2 weeks (on March 12, the seller said that the glasses would be ready). On March 12, they weren't done, they said to wait a couple more days. A week later, they reported that the sellers had lost the order and asked them to wait another week. On March 24, they called and said that the order had not been made and they should come write a letter for a refund. This is the first time I've encountered such a terrible service! The sellers called and were confused every time, at what stage of manufacture my order was.
Walking around without glasses for a month while waiting! We were fed breakfast every week!

I ordered glasses in this optics. The consultant doctor is not very customer-oriented, at least until you show a 100% desire to buy something here. in the process of selecting frames and lenses, benevolence and responsiveness increased significantly, but the sediment remained, well, okay, you never know if a person did not get enough sleep. The contact seems to be established, the frame was chosen, as well as the lenses. The latter are complex in appearance, astigmatism, plus I decided to please my eyes with photochrome, the production time is 2 weeks. OK, I've contributed half of a rather large sum, I'm waiting for my charm. And exactly a week later, a consultant calls me (already another one) and pleases me with the news that my order has arrived, or rather part of it - lenses that do not fit the selected frame!!! At the same time, it is physically impossible to fit my complex lenses to this frame (according to the consultant in optics). To put it mildly, I am shocked, but on that wire they finish me off with the phrase - come and pick up another frame ... to my question - and if I don't like anything, the consultant reassured me that there are 2 more opticians in the city, the choice of frames is large ... I decided to clarify on the refund of the advance payment - but the lenses have already been made, you are for they were paid... in general, I decided to go to the optics, sort it out on the spot, so to speak. I previously called the general number for consultation, the girl promised to report this incident to the management in order to resolve this misunderstanding ... as a result, the amount of the advance was returned 100% (the consultant immediately offered a refund on the spot), the level of trust in this optics is 0%. I do not recommend going to this optics specifically
