They also demanded a certificate for glasses from me - what???! - I'm not selling them, I just came for a service. And the glasses themselves have all the markings, if a person understands, then he will look. 5 points for communication and service. I think she just didn't want to do it and they just talked me out of it. Also, a minus to the call center, who said that they would do everything for me at kuntsavshina, including picking up the Shackles on the spot, if necessary.
