It seems that this network is not interested in customer service at all. A year and a half ago, I bought glasses with the most expensive lenses at that time. I don't use glasses very often, as I mostly use contact lenses. After I asked to repair the broken arm of the glasses, I received the answer that repair is impossible, there is no such frame, buy new glasses and lenses! Don'T set foot in this place anymore!

Good optics, a fairly large selection at reasonable prices, and if there is no availability in the store, then you can order. The only thing I would like is a convenient entrance for people with strollers, because it is difficult to enter these high steps, and the door does not open conveniently

It's a pity you can't put 0 stars. They sell expired lenses and after trying to replace the lenses with normal ones, they refuse. Absolute indifference to the health of customers.
