I sincerely recommend this studio! Kind and experienced coaches who explain everything clearly and help, which is very convenient for beginners. After a workout, you can relax with tea, as well as attend massage or atmospheric events and psychological lectures in the studio. It's cool when you can get such a multifaceted experience and impressions in one place✨

The place is very comfortable and soft in energy. The approach is generally Europeanized, and the practices are largely adapted to "non-yogis." Flexible subscription system and convenient registration via the app. There is yoga for children (my children attend classes with delight) and for pregnant women. I recommend it!

Great yoga studio.
The first impression when you cross the threshold seems to be that you are entering some other dimension. And it's like you're not in Minsk, but in Bali) a lot of figurines, a warm, quiet atmosphere, very cozy.
The administrators are very friendly, they will explain everything where and what lies, full support.
One of the disadvantages is that the large hall is a bit cold and it was not yet sub-zero temperature.
Everything else is a plus.
I really liked the fact that there is an equipped shower, cleanliness, pleasant music and the opportunity to just sit quietly after practice.
If you use stripes, incense, or love books, you can find everything here. Rugs and blankets have already been prepared for practice - there is no dispute over places. This is a bonus, not all studios serve like this.
Prices are the same as everywhere else. But the visitors are different, mostly the female half))
Close to the avenue, there is a place for a car and a subway.
