Very cozy studio, with excellent transport accessibility. I advise you to try spine yoga therapy, this is a super training for everyone who is experiencing pain due to hernias and protrusions, as well as salvation for people with sedentary work and a computer neck! Tested on yourself!

There was a subscription for aeroyoga. The studio was closed for the duration of quarantine, but I had 1 more visit. We agreed that they would keep it and call when they resume work again. Work resumed, no one said anything, and the activity burned down. The studio itself is comfortable, clean, the staff is excellent, I liked the coach very much, attentive
