A private gynecology and beauty studios of various profiles have opened on the 3rd floor. On the 4th floor there is a Pilates, stretching/aerostretching studio. From the 5th to the 10th floor, there are apartments intended for short-term rental.

Excellent apartment-type guest house
Everything smells like a factory, everything is completely new
Furniture, mattresses, etc.
Minus there were no towels, but they just failed to deliver it, and you won't find it better in the town.
