The manufacturer produces seasonal defects, has no output quality control and shames the glorious brand "Made in Belarus". We bought a barbecue shed. They brought a pile of iron wrapped in a pile of chewed cardboard rewound with tape. I unpacked the purchase, sorted it by components, checked it with the drawing. In some details, the planned holes do not coincide in planes with the drawing version. For example, the holes should be in the same plane as the eyelets, and they are applied on a transverse plane. In half of the places where the parts should be attached to each other, there are no holes at all. It is supposed to independently drill a shaky bulky structure by weight. The screws are given in a set without drills. To assemble the simplest solution, you need: a screwdriver, metal drills, normal screws, angle clamps, two people, a set of selected mats, four hours of free time.

My shower was delivered directly to the suburban area (it is 25 km from the city), and the driver even kindly brought everything to the site, because the construction turned out to be very heavy for me. We ordered polycarbonate for the canopy, focusing on a certain manufacturer of RB production,,titanium layer,,the order was accepted, there are no colors, as always, which one is needed, but red suits us, we agreed on components, for example,an end plate, a polycarbonate connector,thermo washers,no one offered,guess what, they say. We are not experts in this material, so we called more than once a day to order more.The delivery is paid to Bobruisk, we have agreed, we are waiting.The order was placed on the 10th, it was delivered on the 13th in the evening, I was at work, unloaded, my intermediary transferred the payment with the driver, he left. My husband comes home, and polycarbonate is not RB, but RF, the quality does not correspond to what is desired.Naturally, a call to the company, and then the kicking begins, on Monday they will contact you and we will change everything without problems, on Monday no one calls until 16.00 hours, I wait and run into rudeness,they told you, they will call, so wait, they say, do not disturb us yourself. However, they call back, and it starts, then the driver is to blame, he unloaded the wrong product, then I, which was accepted by the wrong manufacturer, but they are not to blame in any way, as it turned out, they do not have an identical RB polycarbonate to change. And so do what you want. They promised to figure it out, today is the 17th, no call, no answer, no greetings. I am very dissatisfied with the work of the company's operators and management, no one even apologized for the inconvenience caused.I will definitely go to Minsk, I will demand a book of complaints, well, I just don't advise it. I was also told that they have 2 weeks, not me, but them, and the fact that my frame stands without a canopy, can twist, not twist, who knows, polycarbonate on the street, rain, trees, dirt,horror is simple, not maintenance.And the polycarbonate of the Russian Federation is much less dense than the one ordered by us. I called them about purchasing a gazebo. It seems that everything has been agreed upon. I ordered a Prestige gazebo, yellow in color. We even ordered additional boards.
She explained that she needed it for the cottage, from which I live almost 100 km away. But I will come specially for delivery.
We have agreed on the day, I am waiting for delivery. It should be from 6.00 to 9.00. At 6.30 they call me, saying sorry, your gazebo was not put in the delivery car. I'm going home from the cottage again... There is no gazebo.
I'm calling the website. For the umpteenth time, the girl says that the next day, in the morning, there will be a delivery. Well, all right... I'm going to the country again. I'm waiting for delivery. Their car breaks down, they warn them, well, it happens... In the late afternoon, they bring ...
they start unloading - the color is not the same. I ordered yellow, and the polycarbonate is dark tinted.
Okay, you'll take the polycarbonate, leave everything else... At least I'll paint the whole tree.
Unloaded. We check the configuration, but nothing fits. The information that is available on the site is fiction. And there are fewer boards, and fewer fastening metal guides. We call the site again, and they tell me, "we can legally unilaterally change the configuration, and not tell anyone about it! Read the instructions..." They do what they want.
I looked at the information on the website - it has not been changed, what was in my order remains. And what they bring is completely different.
Naturally, we could not accept such a gazebo in any way ...
It's a pity for the time spent and 400 km of extra mileage of the car, of course at my expense.
I strongly advise against making orders in this company, you can easily lose your money and time.

I want to leave a review about the Greenhouse IMplast company. In December 2021, I bought one of the expensive greenhouses, the Nova straight-walled greenhouse. In April 2022, it was installed, after installation, I noticed that at the slightest breeze, the polycarbonate began to knock on the frame, the wind blew into the side joints of the walls and from the bottom, i.e. the polycarbonate was very flimsy, had no rigidity, when pressed with fingers it left dents. In May 2022, the greenhouse flew away from the wind, the polycarbonate was torn off from the frame and cannot be restored. The frame is bent, it is necessary to change the details. Ie, IMplast company supplies the cheapest components to expensive greenhouses, polycarbonate of any kind and metal of nothing. The neighbors took away the greenhouse, they brought it and put it back in place. The polycarbonate only cracked in some places. I wrote them an application in May to replace the parts since the warranty has not ended yet. There is no answer. As a result, I was left without a greenhouse, a harvest, and money. Think 100 times before ordering from them.

My husband and I bought a straight-walled greenhouse from Implast at the end of the 2021 season. In May 2022, it was installed. The greenhouse did not survive the winter. It broke under the snow load. The dimensions of the greenhouse are 3x6, pitch 0.67. I do not know the flimsy quality of the material or the influence of the design. In any case, professionalism is not enough.
