Payment for services through the cashier of Kazpost is a separate story, since 9 a.m. there was no synchronization between Kazpost and the special zone, while payments were accepted as if nothing had happened. If you want a refund, you need to go to another part of the city to write an application and wait two weeks. As a result, the base began to function by 17:00, people sat all day waiting for the base to start working, there were no alternative solutions to the problem, for example, to approach the next day without a queue from the employees of the special zone. The manager or whatever they call him, who is responsible for such cases, is completely zero, he was notified that the base does not work at Kazpost at 9:00, but they sent people to pay through the cash register, although there was an alternative to pay through Caspi bank via QR.
