They rip off money from scratch. Until you paid the amount for the free service (the IIN is issued for free), you were not given a coupon. They asked us at the checkout what we were paying for, but we didn't get a clear answer, and neither did the boss. Don't be fooled if you are asked to pay for an IIN, they have a working scheme for collecting money.

One of the worst branches of total bureaucratic hell. Zero loyalty, professionalism and respect. Just the attitude of people who have already violated all the rules.
