I visited this PSC 3 times. The queues are moving fast, there is no long wait, but I compare this to the PSC in Atyrau, where there are terrible queues and exorbitant waiting times. In general, I was pleasantly surprised by this aspect here. You can also buy a USB flash drive on the spot, make a copy, edit documents, print them out, and drink delicious coffee. The staff, like everywhere else, first say one thing, you bring what you said, in the end you needed something else, so 4 stars

The PSC staff really tries to help people, despite the small salary. We would be sympathetic to their work, and everything would be great. And for PSC employees, this is a good start in life to gain knowledge in human psychology, which is so necessary.

It was a good PSC, I was there twice and both times everything went quickly, literally 15-20 minutes. I designed the IIN, they explain, they prompt, well done.
