Neat, clean, polite PSC staff. Observing the situation in the hall in the queue, we propose to make for visitors 70+ and people with disabilities (wheelchair users), to make the principle of solving the problem / situation of one window in the truest sense. This is when a representative of the PSC goes to the necessary specialists of the PSC, let the queue of this window be slower, but without nerves and humiliation of one particular Kazakhstani citizen. This is not a problem of this particular PSC. We need a systematic approach for all the centers. The Alatau PSC is generally GOOD.

Well, I can only give you three stars, because I've been there a couple of times. I didn't like the fact that, as always, the queue is a kilometer long, you sit and wait, and the windows open every other time to ventilate.
