The service is zero. I ordered two items in the online store, clicked contact to confirm, and the managers don't care, no one gets in touch. An hour later, I called myself, asking is everything okay? Yes, it will be delivered today. I'm sorry, you DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH shampoo in a large volume. Did I come to the cafeteria because I didn't have enough?? What difference does it make to you, take less volume. And it's none of your business whether there's a difference or not, and you have no right to communicate like that. And if I had paid, would I also have been divorced just like other customers, choose another one?
As for the delivery, it's a complete trash. She asked me to contact her in advance. In 2 minutes, they considered it a norm. Naturally, if their "non-site" indicates a shift period of 4 hours, then the person may not be at home, but may leave, and therefore asks to be contacted in advance.
At that moment, I was 5 minutes from home, I asked to drive there, because the car was charging, and you know how many more deliveries I have!

I made an order for two positions. I paid online for the order itself and delivery by courier. the next day they write that the shower oil is not in stock, they asked me to choose something else. in fact, I didn't need anything else from what they have on their site. well, there's nothing to do, I chose a face mask. I was waiting for delivery on December 19th, as it was chosen by me when ordering, but they did not arrive. I wrote to them in the morning, the answer was - they couldn't replace the position on the same day - OK, but didn't you think to warn them? as a result, the order was delivered, and again a joint. I ordered vichy washing gel with a dispenser, they brought it in a tube! I wrote to them, to which they replied that with a dispenser it is 400 ml, not 200. then why is it not indicated on the website? why not put a photo in the tube? why mislead the client. if I had known that the gel was in a tube, I would have bought it at a pharmacy, where, by the way, it is cheaper by 5 rubles. in general, I do not recommend it. The powder has gone bad! a joint on a joint. and by the way, when the order came, I was sure that the store would think of putting some samples as an apology, but no. this once again says that they don't care about customers. I will never order anything again and I do not advise others if you do not want to waste time and nerves. I have requested a refund, they will not agree, I will have to write a complaint to consumer protection(((((
