The service is zero. I ordered two items in the online store, clicked contact to confirm, and the managers don't care, no one gets in touch. An hour later, I called myself, asking is everything okay? Yes, it will be delivered today. I'm sorry, you DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH shampoo in a large volume. Did I come to the cafeteria because I didn't have enough?? What difference does it make to you, take less volume. And it's none of your business whether there's a difference or not, and you have no right to communicate like that. And if I had paid, would I also have been divorced just like other customers, choose another one? As for the delivery, it's a complete trash. She asked me to contact her in advance. In 2 minutes, they considered it a norm. Naturally, if their "non-site" indicates a shift period of 4 hours, then the person may not be at home, but may leave, and therefore asks to be contacted in advance. At that moment, I was 5 minutes from home, I asked to drive there, because the car was charging, and you know how many more deliveries I have! I asked the supervisor to contact me, hmm, and the supervisor doesn't give a damn about everything that's going on. Keep up the good work, gentlemen!!

I made an order for two positions. I paid online for the order itself and delivery by courier. the next day they write that the shower oil is not in stock, they asked me to choose something else. in fact, I didn't need anything else from what they have on their site. well, there's nothing to do, I chose a face mask. I was waiting for delivery on December 19th, as it was chosen by me when ordering, but they did not arrive. I wrote to them in the morning, the answer was - they couldn't replace the position on the same day - OK, but didn't you think to warn them? as a result, the order was delivered, and again a joint. I ordered vichy washing gel with a dispenser, they brought it in a tube! I wrote to them, to which they replied that with a dispenser it is 400 ml, not 200. then why is it not indicated on the website? why not put a photo in the tube? why mislead the client. if I had known that the gel was in a tube, I would have bought it at a pharmacy, where, by the way, it is cheaper by 5 rubles. in general, I do not recommend it. The powder has gone bad! a joint on a joint. and by the way, when the order came, I was sure that the store would think of putting some samples as an apology, but no. this once again says that they don't care about customers. I will never order anything again and I do not advise others if you do not want to waste time and nerves. I have requested a refund, they will not agree, I will have to write a complaint to consumer protection(((((

I bought antonio banderas perfume, hand cream for skin healing, dermedic company for my mother, shampoo with hair spray for my wife... Everything is of good quality, at a good price. Great store, good staff. A huge selection of everything. They make delivery convenient for the customer. Small gifts are sometimes placed in orders, in the form of different samples! Very nice!!! And you can also get a personal consultation right in the store. In short, I highly recommend it.

I have eczema, I was specifically looking for a cream prescribed by a dermatologist. I ordered from the powder. The deliveryman did not call in advance, immediately into the intercom. They promised to arrive by 19, arrived at 20:30. But okay... THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG CREAM, but at least the same line, since the situation with eczema is already very painful, I had to take it. But this attitude, to be honest, is very frustrating. There are few places where the cream of this line is presented, if you do not have it as well as everywhere else, then it is better to warn everything so that the buyer looks further.

Disgusting service, the product was sent with a residual shelf life of two months,without seals and without a protective film and similar to a FAKE (stock of mustiness)!! And as if nothing had happened, the dur was turned on.. this is NORMAL for them!!!The money was not returned!!IGNORE IT.. I wrote an electronic complaint to Consumer Protection, since they can't work any other way!!!!
