For me, it's just a clothing store in a shopping mall. Yes, of course, the brand store, interior design, placement of clothes, fitting rooms are like the developed countries , but the service is very poor. During payment, they only ask the customer if they need a shopping bag or not, they don't even smile or answer questions. Yes, I asked in English, but they ran away without answering.

A very good assortment of women's and especially men's clothing. The most favorite store in the shopping center. The staff is pleasant, they help with the choice and sizes, if you like something on the mannequin, they can take it off without any indignation and let you try it on. It is always a very pleasant experience to visit this store.

The service is terrible, the sneakers are terrible. It all started with the purchase of sneakers, after 2 socks the seams came off. I decided to return them back to the store under warranty, as a result, no one returned anything to me, they say, I did not have a purchase receipt, although no one warned me that I needed to have a receipt for a refund. In the end, I was told that I could look at the cameras to see exactly what I had bought the sneakers to confirm the refund. And the most absurd thing is that only a store somewhere in Italy or somewhere has access to cameras in the Tashkent City branch. I wrote an application and was told to wait a month for them to unsubscribe about the refund. As expected, even after a year, no one wrote to me. Because there, literally, no one gives a damn about you. As a result, the sneakers were given to a tailor and repaired for their own money. And after one wash, the insole of the sneakers completely fell apart. I don't know how things are at Pull&Bear in other countries, but it's definitely not worth buying here.

I do not recommend it. Firstly, their prices are too high, the same thing to order through the pull & bear and globbing website will be two and a half times cheaper. Secondly, they have no return conditions for accessories. I bought a bag and returned because it turns out the straps are very small after 2 hours exactly. You see, it is neither exchangeable nor refundable. I just tore up the thing and left, because it doesn't fit, and they refuse to take it back or exchange it.

I bought a "winter down jacket at Pull&Bear" (a store in the City Mall shopping center, Tashkent). At the very first rain, the jacket started LEAKING. Absorbs water like a rag. For a winter jacket, this is simply absurd. I contacted the store, hoping for a normal solution to the problem. In response, I heard the following: "If the jacket doesn't say it's waterproof, it means you can't wear it in the rain." Seriously? "A winter down jacket that can't be worn in the rain or snow?" Then you need to warn about this directly when buying, and not put the buyer in front of the fact when he is already wet. The jacket was "NOT bought at a discount," it is not a markdown or a sale. But they refused to help, said "we can't do anything yet" and offered to just "write a review." Excellent service. I'm very disappointed.: * the quality is below expectations * the attitude of the staff is formal, but no one has solved the problem * responsibility for the product is zero I don't want to buy any more here and "I don't advise anyone" unless you want to stay with an expensive winter jacket that gets wet at the first rain.
