But I'm taking one star off because there is little time for paperwork. Not everyone can come before 17.00 to put a car or other transport on the register, people work the same way.
It would be nice if two windows worked at least until 19.00. And there would be fewer people, and the queue would pass faster.

On Saturday at 8:30 I arrived for reconciliation - I was fifth in line (reconciliation from 9:00), at 9:05 I passed the reconciliation, at 9:30 I submitted documents to the window (I filled out the application at home myself). The queue for filing was 5-6 people and the same for processing applications. I received the negative numbers and the registration certificate only on Tuesday. But we could also make an electronic queue.
