Disgusting company! There are no words to describe my anger! We bought an apartment from them on assignment for the full price, we have been waiting for more than 10 months! They expired the contract for half a year, gave us the keys and locked the entrances! There was no access to the apartment, and there is no access. But the managers' honor: they were gracious! They sent you the keys, let's go to the meeting. Seriously? And what should we do with these keys? You can't enter the entrance, and the apartment, respectively, too. Again, everyone is lying and being fed breakfast! We also signed an act for them that we accepted the apartment and from that day on we pay for communal services and so on. The company sucks! Do not contact anyone here!

I expected that against the background of the construction site next to the 2nd stage there would be some kind of customer orientation, but no. It is strange that the management has such an approach. I do not recommend taking it on the top floor. Moisture will reach the wiring in the near future.

Someone has white, black, glass, siding of all colors, wood, etc. The appearance of the houses is terrible. Nobody cares. The trees and lawns are taken care of by the residents of the residential complex themselves. The management company has no money for a gardener and handymen. In general, something like that.

They do not give you any printouts of the apartment you are interested in, everything is only in words. At most, you can photograph the layout.
