That is, without notification of the problem, they themselves made repairs, replaced it is unclear what parts. As a result, after the alleged "repair", the cameras, FaceID, and flashlight stopped working and began to hang. I came and brought it several times, untied it from iCloud, they flashed it and so on. Until November 2nd. But the phone remained in a faulty condition.

To which the master replied: "we are returning everything as it was, and you come and get the phone." At the moment, they have the phone and they are not doing anything. Also, all correspondence and recordings of conversations and video materials were transferred to the Chamber for Consumer Protection. I strongly recommend not contacting them, so as not to be deceived.
