Excellent hotel. I stayed here you feel like your home. Restaurant is also perfect. Reception is very polite. Swimming pool is very big!

Great hotel! A room with a huge bed!
I really liked the restaurant, it was delicious and satisfying. The breakfasts are decent, the staff is polite and always ready to help. Everyone knows Russian.

An excellent hotel with a level of service comparable to large network services. The view from the window to the street is better than on the opposite side. Breakfast is beyond praise. It is possible to eat both meat and vegetarian dishes. It is very far from the airport. The prices are affordable. The staff solved any questions very friendly and went to the meeting.

I recommend it!!! The hotel is chic: the rooms are comfortable, in addition to the little things they give out bathrobes and slippers. The floors in the corridors and rooms are carpeted. Towels are changed and cleaned daily in the rooms. The buffet breakfast is a great choice. The staff is polite.

The hotel is between three and four stars according to my feelings. What's good: a large, comfortable room, clean, with new furniture. They clean, make the bed, replenish water and cosmetics on a standard and honest daily basis. The work area is comfortable, there is a comfortable desk, a lot of sockets. Panoramic windows, nice dark curtains. There is a decent restaurant on the 1st floor, you can have delicious and inexpensive lunch and dinner, and buffet breakfasts are served there. The lobby is convenient for business meetings, several sofas and armchairs and several tables. Friendly staff, ready to help, prompt. The disadvantages are thin walls. The audibility is amazing: during the day you can hear neighbors talking on the phone, at night and in the evening conversations, music, TV sounds. I couldn't sleep for two nights, the first my neighbors checked in around 4 a.m., talked loudly, watched TV. On the second night, they didn't sleep until one in the morning and I couldn't sleep with them. It felt like I was spending the evening with them. It can't be said that they made a lot of noise. No, we were just talking, watching TV, talking on the phone. But I couldn't sleep even with earplugs. For whom this moment is not important, everything should be pleasant. It seems that the hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't have time to go to it. Therefore, I cannot characterize it.

A good hotel is positioned as a 4****
It is located near the airport, a little further to the railway station. There are no interesting places around except for a couple of cafes, but they are for an authenticity lover. There are at least 2 stores with a basic set of products.
There are several bus routes nearby, but the metro is far away. But all this is not super relevant, because taxi prices are low.
There is a well-trained staff at the reception, when guests appear in the lobby, everyone gets up. They speak Russian well and I'm sure they speak English. There are ATMs in the lobby that issue cash, including from MIR cards. There is a small outdoor pool in the backyard.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor, with good breakfasts. I would especially like to mention the dessert table.
There seems to be a Japanese kitchen next door, but I haven't looked there and I won't say what's there.
There is WiFi throughout the property.
The rooms are spacious. Super huge kravat, about 2.5 wide. You can probably sleep four people on it. The rooms have everything you need, a kettle, water glasses, a refrigerator, a safe, various hygiene products, bathrobes and slippers. In general, everything you need for comfort. All except one, well-functioning air conditioner. The current one is clearly not coping, and the minimum temperature is about 25-26 degrees. But I would like it lower. And even at night, the situation does not change.
This is probably the only disadvantage of the hotel, otherwise it is comfortable here.

Everything is fine, the level is normal, the colonization works for heat (for winter time it is very important). The staff is excellent, but not without exceptions - one shift just pissed off with its stupidity (they did not want to let a guest into the room for more than 15 minutes (my two-room junior suites)) I had to quarrel, but the sediment remained.

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff and high-class service! We are glad to spend every minute here: everything is thought out to the smallest detail, and the staff are immaculately polite and sincerely take care of their guests. The small distance from the city center is easily solved by calling a taxi, but the peace, comfort and peacemaking that reigns here make you fall in love with this place. A wonderful sleep is guaranteed thanks to good sound insulation, soft mattresses, a cozy blanket and a choice of pillows. The 24-hour restaurant is ready to feed even on New Year's Eve. Level 5+ stars, I recommend it!
