We asked about the repair of the refrigerator, which was under warranty. The dispatcher explained everything correctly and clearly. The master arrived the next day, fixed everything on the spot within an hour. The service is at a high level, thanks to the organization and master Dmitry for his professionalism! I don't want to put any stars at all!!!! Just terrible service!!! They can't tell you anything , they can't help but answer! Or maybe they don't want to! Thanks for not putting it out the door, but almost!!!! It's just interesting how such "polite" employees are selected!!! Well, you can't do that!!! The worst impressions!!!!!

I contacted the service center to fix the washing machine, the workers themselves arrived, took it away, repaired it within 3 days and brought it back. They connected it, explained everything and told me what they had changed. Very polite staff and highly qualified craftsmen. And most importantly, the repair cost me inexpensively. I recommend it to everyone.

A very negative aftertaste remained after communicating with this SC. The dispatcher says one thing, the delivery is another, the master is the third. As a result, the repair of equipment leaves much to be desired, from the word ABSOLUTELY the BEST! The incompetence of the staff is off the scale. If it were not for the warranty on the equipment, I would never have contacted this "service center" again.
