A great cozy hotel in the very center of Yerevan. WiFi is high-speed and glitch-free. Some rooms overlook a street with heavy traffic, so choose a room with windows to the courtyard. There is no food in the hotel, but this is perfectly compensated by the abundance of cafes, restaurants and Fast food very close by. There is a kettle in the room, tea, coffee and sugar are regularly served. The mini bar is a roomy refrigerator, I kept my groceries in it. Cleaned daily, very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help. I definitely recommend it to everyone, and I'm going to stay here on my next trips.

Among the advantages: responsive and friendly staff, location in the center. Cons: quite expensive, not very clean, worn furniture. The most important and critical disadvantage is the complete lack of sound insulation, and since the rooms are on the ground floor, you will hear both the neighbors in the hotel and the street. It is absolutely impossible to sleep. There are much better and cheaper options, see the reviews in my profile.

I've been looking for hotels online for a long time and I'm glad I made the right choice! A cozy hotel in the city center, 10 minutes walk to Republic Square, across the street there is a tour agency where you can take a tour of Armenia for very pleasant prices. There are many places where you can have a delicious meal. The hotel has everything you need! There is a microwave oven and dishes in the lobby, so you can buy food in your room. The room has a kettle, tea, refrigerator with a mini bar. Cleaning the room every day is very pleasant. The staff is friendly, they will prompt and answer your questions and wishes. If I come to Yerevan again, I will stay here! Spa for!

Overall, I really liked the hotel. The staff is helpful. The rooms are a little tired, but spacious and very clean and cozy! The guys at the reception are very polite and ready to help and meet people halfway. Very emotional. And the coolest thing is the location of the hotel: there is a very tasty cafe nearby. The main attractions and the Vernissage market are within walking distance!

It's a disgusting hotel. The windows overlook the roadway. The whole room is visible from the street. Noisily. It is not possible to sleep. The bathroom sink was clogged and dangling. The sound insulation between the rooms is terrible, there is none. My friends and I lived through the wall, so we could hear all their conversations and chatted from the room through the wall. The staff is not adequate, we ordered a guide with a car from them to tell us everything and show us the sights. They said yes, we will find you. As a result, it was not a guide who arrived, but a taxi driver, a 70-year-old grandfather, a little deaf, in a Nissan Juke, and we are 4 adults. When asked if they had told you about the guide, he replied no, they just ordered a taxi. We were deceived. The car is small, cramped, uncomfortable. He didn't say anything about the sights. As a result, we were on the ground, but we didn't learn anything about them. Of course, he didn't come with us and didn't show or tell us anything. As a result, the rest is ruined. I will never come to this hotel again and I do not recommend it to you. Also, do not order travel services or any other services from them. They hear you, but they don't listen, and they do what's best for them to get the money. If you want to leave a positive impression about Armenia, do not book this hotel.

A very cool hotel. Conveniently located. We chose a family room, it's a little cramped, but everything is there: beds, wardrobes, mini fridge, kettle, towels, shower and toilet in the room. A 2-minute walk from the dining room, which is open from 8 to 9. Across the street there is a travel agency for traveling with a group in Armenia. In the very center, everything is close. Very, very convenient.

The hotel made a great impression! First, I booked an economy room, which turned out to be on the ground floor - it didn't suit me. For a small surcharge, I was moved to a superior room on the ground floor, and it was just wonderful. I would also like to mention the staff — incredibly polite and friendly people who create an atmosphere of comfort and care. Many thanks to the entire hotel team! Staying here has left only warm and pleasant memories.

A hotel with a very convenient location. we took rooms on the ground floor-standard. One room faced a busy road, and the sound insulation was good. We didn't hear anything. You can't hear the subway either, if you just listen. There is no breakfast, but there are cafes nearby, so this is not a problem.

A small hotel with 10 rooms in the center of Yerevan. We really liked it here. Excellent friendly staff (101 points out of 100). We were very comfortable. Thank you so much for your warmth, sincerity, and intelligence!!! Clean, cozy. Everything you need is there. One step away from the hotel there is a wonderful cafe with a wide selection of dishes, pastries, tea and coffee.

Amazing location, near Sakharov Square, Republic Square is less than 10 minutes on foot. Nearby there is an inexpensive and delicious dining room, shops, cafes. The cascade is very close. The rooms are cleaned daily. The bed is clean. Of the cons: you can hear the noise from the subway, the noise on the street is tolerable, the furniture is for 4 In general, I recommend it for the location and cleanliness. We only spent the night there anyway.

Nice mini-hotel, the staff is helpful, they speak Russian well. The room is clean, there is everything you need.The floor-to-ceiling window on the 1st floor on a busy street, a small shower stall, and we also did not notice ventilation in the bathroom are a little confusing. I really liked the location, everything is within walking distance. There is a modern dining room nearby, where you can go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner cheaper than in numerous restaurants. Almost opposite there is a travel agency from where buses leave every day for excursions. We were at Easter, and in the lobby we were treated to a cake, colored eggs, and even poured a little wine. In general, I liked the friendly atmosphere in Yerevan, including in the hotel.

A good hotel, we stayed for a week. What I liked the most was the staff! Very good-natured guys. They always helped and suggested everything. When it was raining, they offered an umbrella. Cleaning every day, they carefully look at and guess the wishes of the hotel guests. I liked that there is a kitchen where they let you warm up food or make coffee. There was only one shampoo and hair conditioner missing, because we were traveling without luggage. Thank you, let's go back to Yerevan!

We only used the luggage storage service, and even this the hotel made as disgusting as possible. We were charged 12,000 for storing two backpacks and two small suitcases (3,000 multiplied by 4 "things"), I was ready to pay with a card, but they demanded cash from us. As a result, we agreed that we would pay 12,000 in cash in the evening. And when we arrived in the evening and the taxi we arrived in was waiting outside to take us to the airport, it turned out that we were "late" (because we said we would arrive at about eight o'clock, but arrived at nine) and demanded to pay not 12,000, but 16,000. We had not been told about any penalty system before. We had only 12,000 in cash, as agreed, but we were not allowed to pay with a card. A minute later, the man from the reception called the receptionist, and the receptionist ALLOWED him to pay with a card. That is, it was possible to pay with a card all this time. It is also worth adding that for 16,000 our things were in the hall all this time, and not in a separate room. If this hotel has such a bastard storage system, then I can't even imagine how they work with the rest of the customers. Avoid this place.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location. Lots of cafes, grocery stores, tour desks, buses leaving right across the street - no need to get up in advance, and naturally a beautiful center. The second huge plus is the staff. Responsive, friendly, no complaints. The room is small and cramped in places, such as in the bathroom and by the bed. There are no complaints about cleanliness. The room is heated with air conditioning, but warm pajamas would not hurt. I recommend it to everyone, it's a great option for the money.
