The perfect location, the perfect meeting / check-out, room, bathroom, bathrobes, slippers are normal, not made of parchment, three pillows on the bed, magic blankets, room service at a high altitude.
There is also a spa in the hotel, but this is for the next time)

It was great to update the hotel during the pandemic, before that we were there - it was so-so ...
What I want to note is that everything is clean, all our requests were satisfied, the breakfast is just great! The guys are good, they work humorously at the Alexey bar and in the Elizabeth lobby, I would like to mention them- well done! UnionPay was paid everywhere, no deposit was required when booking, which is undoubtedly a big plus. A very beautiful, clear entrance group! It is made with high quality and taste. We were checked in earlier than 15.00, thanks for that. The gym was awesome updated- high-quality equipment, not that the pantry used to be with an incomprehensible set of shells. The spa area is of course much simpler than in the neighboring Swiss, but everything is new, clean, and pleasant. The pool is knee-deep... let me down, but it's a sin to complain.
We took an improved room with a view of the old town - everything is fine, convenient, we did not regret the extra charge. The only bathroom is more simply decorated than in the neighboring Suite. And for some reason there was NO bottled water (they gave us only because I was registered at Radisson Rewards), shaving kits and toothbrush sets. The room cleaning is excellent.
The location is excellent, everything is basically nearby. The hotel can be safely recommended, the price tag is reasonable!

We stayed at the hotel from August 12 to 14, 2022. The hotel is located in one of the skyscrapers, the building is 22 floors, fresh, five-star, near the old town and luxurious breakfasts. This determined the choice. I booked through booking, of course with a foreign card.
The hotel is at a high level. A really luxurious breakfast, shampoo, freshly squeezed juice, lots of fruits - 5 stars. I liked the room, it was big enough and very cozy. Excellent bed, linen, slept very well. Large TV panel. Coffee maker, kettle, glasses, refrigerator and a paid minibar, for those who can't stand it. The bathroom was equipped with a shower, a full set of soap accessories.
There is a spa area with a small pool and a fitness room. We didn't have time to visit, we walked a lot. There is a closed parking for 20 euros/day. He took advantage of it. Russian Russian was spoken at the reception, some of them spoke a little Russian, but our compatriots did not sweat, they spoke Russian boldly, and whether they understood them or not, apparently they did not care much. Well, that's right. When we stopped by, around midnight, no one spoke Russian. We took a deposit of 50 euros in cash, it was possible with a card. The check-out was quick, despite the large number of guests, 5 employees worked at the reception! There was a joint, they wanted to charge me twice for parking. I had to explain myself. But we figured it out and apologized. I recommend the hotel.

A very cool hotel. I really liked the decoration, the spa, and the breakfasts! Special thanks to the administrator Anastasia, who checked us into the hotel. I left my favorite piece of jewelry in the room. Then I remembered and came back for him. There was not much time left before the train, the cleaner who found the jewelry did not return for a long time, was busy. I already got into a taxi and Anastasia caught up with me and gave me the jewelry. It was so brave and touching of her. I dream of coming back and thanking her. Such professionalism and sensitivity to the client! Thank you from the bottom of my heart 🙏
