I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel and I want to share my enthusiastic impressions! This place is ideal for those who appreciate comfort, quality service and a cozy atmosphere.
Location – the hotel is conveniently located near the city center. It is very convenient for walks and excursions! The rooms are spacious, stylish and very clean. Comfortable bed, good sound insulation, modern renovation. A separate plus for [coffee machine, view from the window, bathrobes/slippers, etc.].
✔**Food** – the restaurant was pleased with a varied and delicious menu. The breakfasts are simply delicious! I especially liked [to mention something special, if any].

It's a very nice hotel. Clean, cozy. Breakfast is a buffet. The staff is very polite. They met me right on the street and took my suitcases from the car. It is located in the city center, which is very convenient. A great spa, you just need to take a swimsuit and that's it. I recommend it to everyone. A really wonderful hotel. The room has everything you need.

A luxury hotel in the city center. In honor of my wife's birthday, we were upgraded to a Suite and received a compliment from the hotel! The staff is amazing (Arthur, thanks for everything) The breakfasts are very good. An umbrella will be provided for walking in the rain. There is a very stylish SPA in the next building around the corner, where you can go to the pool, Jacuzzi or sauna.

Great hotel, everything is new and great breakfasts! Daily thorough cleaning of the room, if necessary. Attentive staff and a bar with a good selection of drinks! There is no restaurant of its own, but they can help with food delivery. But there is one disadvantage, this is the presence of a church under the windows, or maybe the fact is that the windows are single-chamber ((( every morning of 24 days in this hotel, this damn dog starts barking at 7.30 am, like an alarm clock, and at 8 a.m. the guy on the bells in this very church starts working (see photo) and he makes himself felt every hour before lunch !!! And it makes it damn difficult to sleep ... it just terribly prevents you from resting all 24 days ... do not generally take even-numbered rooms in this excellent hotel (they really have nothing to do with these ringing cases)

A chic hotel in the center of Gyumri, thanks a lot to the staff for everything.
the rooms were very clean and comfortable, there was a great view of the city.
the breakfast was very tasty, everything was fresh.
also, as a guest, we can use the SPA center for free, I really liked it.

Knowing the standards of Radisson and as a privileged guest, we did not lose the choice of a hotel in Gyumri. Everything is clean, the staff is excellent, the service is unobtrusive, you can ask for what you need or lack. The location is good, everything and the whole city is within walking distance. In the morning, you can get used to the sound of bells if you have stopped for a long time and the windows overlook the street. Be sure to visit the SPA, if you didn't bring slates, a swimsuit or swimming trunks, then you will be given everything. M and W are separate, there is a hammam, various saunas, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. So I recommend it when choosing a hotel in Gyumri.

We really liked the hotel.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, they speak Russian. The rooms are comfortable, there is a kettle and water in the glass. Incredibly delicious and varied breakfasts. There is a parking place next to the hotel, which is very convenient. I recommend the hotel.

The worst hotel we stayed in during a month of traveling in Armenia! When we checked in, we specially chose the hotel for the quality and level of comfort and service, but as it turned out, this hotel does not correspond to the declared five stars at all! Before check-in, we looked at a room with good air conditioning, as a result, at night, instead of cold air, the air conditioner blew warm! We couldn't sleep properly, it was very hot! When asked why the air conditioner does not cool, they replied that the guests felt cold! We ask why we were not warned about this and misled, because on the eve of arrival, this was the first thing that was important to us and we checked into the hotel, because we were assured that the air conditioner was working fine. In response, they shrugged their shoulders. We were offered to open the window instead of the air conditioner (and this despite the fact that the windows overlook the road, you can hear cars passing and dogs barking at night!). We had to at one o'clock in the morning! pack up and move to a room where "they opened the window and cooled down a little!" instead of relaxing! The surprises did not end there, and the next day, when we returned to the room in the evening, we were very surprised that the room was not cleaned. Five-star hotels are not cleaned! They did not change the towels, did not bring toilet utensils, did not put a bottle of water, there was no cleaning at all! They called the reception, asked why there was no cleaning, replied that we did not tell them about it and in general that's how it turned out! The 5-star hotel is the most expensive in the city and the most disgusting in relation to guests and service. On the day of the eviction, I told the front desk that I was very disappointed with the service, to which they replied, "Well, don't come anymore!" This is a fiasco! It was still necessary to try to disgrace Radisson! In booking, this hotel still remains under the name Shiraz. I don't understand where the good reviews and high rating of the hotel come from with such a terrible service, they may have been paid, because from personal experience - one disappointment!
We stayed at this hotel from October 6th to 8th.
P.S. I was rude and wished not to come to the hotel, young man, at 12 o'clock, on October 8th! Not the best candidate to work in a 5-star hotel.
And yet, the curtains do not close tightly, the light from the street at night hits directly into the eyes and it is not comfortable to sleep. And the plumbing also leaves much to be desired!

Honestly , we did not know that there is such a hotel in Gyumri , we were pleasantly surprised by the location . The place is perfect , the interior is beautiful and freshly renovated. Polite staff, small rooms (enough to spend the night) . The TV is on and greets you by your last name when you enter the room. A cozy balcony .
What I noticed!
- carpets are changed in the elevator every day, the date is indicated on each carpet (Mon, Tue, Wed....)
Of course, all the little things, but a very interesting approach to customers. Well done 👍

If you want to spoil your mood as much as possible, then you are definitely here!!! We booked a suite, checked into a regular room and assured that it was a suite!!! We show a photo of the room we booked, the answer was that it was an island mistake, decide with them! An hour at the reception tried to solve the problem, but alas. They asked for a refund of the difference in value, of course the answer was no! This is the first time we have encountered such piggishness!
