Great place! We lived in the 4th building, a beautiful room, everything is there that is necessary, a pleasant addition - terry bathrobes, dishes, a kettle. Cozy and comfortable. The staff is friendly, they calmly changed the pillow to a lower one).
The food is delicious, varied, suitable for different types of diets.
The hospital is clean, newly renovated, many different procedures, the staff is caring.
Clean, well-groomed territory, park, flowers, forest, lake with swans and ducks.
There is a disco in the evenings, concerts are also held all the time in the concert hall, and karaoke is held in the neighboring building in Alfa Rodon.

We took building 4 - it is modern, good rooms and everything is new. The rooms in the main building are of course closer to the times of the USSR. Therefore, for beauty, go to building 4. In order not to go there/here for the procedures- the main one is better.
We were in the spring - walking between the buildings is not a problem.
The procedures are many different, the main thing is mud and radon baths.
The minus is the pool- for extra money and small.
The food is a customized menu. Everything is delicious and satisfying, but it's hard when you have to mark today what you're going to eat tomorrow.
And it's also not very comfortable to sit at a table with strangers. And so- I would have returned!

We really liked it, the room had a magnificent view of the lake, the territory is beautiful, well-groomed, there is a place to walk, the staff is kind, helpful, always helpful, the rooms are cozy. The treatment is selected individually, and so there is time for walks, lunches, etc. The only disadvantage for us is probably a bad hood, because after the rain it was very humid in the room and stuffy because of this, but there is also such a climate, and it was not ventilated in any way, the air conditioner was not turned on, because it it was dusty inside, although it was used on the last day... We visited this sanatorium for the first time. I would like to note the high level of medical and medical services. A wonderful, modern medical base. The staff is very friendly and courteous. But... There are too many very noisy outdoor evening activities. Those who prefer a quiet vacation in nature have nowhere to hide from the noise in the evening. I wish these entertainments were shorter and less frequent. In the summer of 2024, suddenly there were not enough benches in front of the entrance to the sanatorium and at the fountain. There are a lot of broken and unpainted benches at the spring. The entrance to the water in the designated bathing area must be cleaned.

We were in the sanatorium from 25.10.2024 to 04.11.2024.The sanatorium is excellent, the territory is huge. A huge pine forest. The treatment and nutrition are good. All employees of the sanatorium are wonderful and responsive. Thank you very much to the administration of the sanatorium. My husband had a birthday just on these days of rest. A good sanatorium where you can get treatment, relax, live in a beautiful relict pine forest, just to distract yourself. We were in July, there were a lot of vacationers, so we did not receive full treatment.
The restaurant has a choice of food, a lot of fruits and a six-course very tasty meal is provided.

Very contradictory impressions about this sanatorium. Among the advantages: a really excellent medical base, very tasty food and a very decent suite. It seems like it's already more than necessary, right?) But!!!!! How you can ruin it all, I'll tell you now.
1) there are a lot of people. There are really a lot of them! Because of this, you will have to beg for procedures, not only included in the package, but also paid!!! The response to the request to add a procedure is touching: Look at how many people there are! There are not enough procedures! And the fact that you paid decent money for a ticket does not give any advantage. Everyone in line. Be prepared that in the first days you will have only baths and mud, and all procedures will be shifted to the end of your stay. I wanted to buy a massage for the 4th ones included in the package, so they didn't give me these four either!!!!))) Not to mention the extra ones for an additional fee! They just don't have enough massage therapists! I consider it an outrage for a sanatorium of this level. We must find an opportunity to provide massages and all other treatments. The explanation is that a lot of people are not worthy of a good sanatorium. It is better to have 400 satisfied vacationers than 600 dissatisfied ones). Sometimes the attitude of the nurses who perform the procedures is not very good. For example, I was sitting in a 4-chamber radon bath. Politely asked the nurse, if the knees are not immersed in the baths, whether radon acts on the knee joints. She looked up from her mobile phone, abruptly replied "I don't know" and again buried her face in the phone.
2) food. It's really delicious. Very tasty soups, steamed cutlets, salads. There are a lot of things. But there is no buffet. There is a customized menu, and this is extremely inconvenient. It is necessary to pre-order food for the day after tomorrow from the list on two sheets. Firstly, it is on that day that you may not want this particular dish and it is just inconvenient. There is a lot of food left on the tables!! Secondly, and this is the most unpleasant thing!! people eat at tables of 4 and 6 people. And if you come later than everyone else, there will be dirty plates with leftovers on the table and you have to eat at this table with this unpleasant picture. No one cleans up these dirty dishes right away, but when you are there, the waiters will begin to clean all the tables, leading the iron transfer tables behind them, and they will throw the leftovers from the plates into a large bucket in front of your eyes. Personally, I had no desire to eat.

And now a huge minus is nutrition, it cannot be described in words. Menu: a huge selection, but whatever you choose is impossible to eat (bland, over-stewed), you pick at your plate without any pleasure and can't figure out what's wrong! It seems that the set of products is not bad (beef, fish, potatoes, vegetables) BUT how can it be cooked that it is impossible to eat ! On day 2, my stomach ached with all the unpleasant consequences. On day 4, the situation was repeated. Another person from our company had such a situation.
The dining room spoiled the whole impression of the sanatorium. Reduce the menu and work on the quality of the food, canteen food can be delicious too! Respect your visitors and feed them with simple, high-quality food!

This was my first experience of a sanatorium vacation in a health resort! And I liked him!
Despite some shortcomings, the first impression is positive and you can relax here safely.
Shortcomings : not a quick check-in at the reception. There is one cash register at the reception to pay for medical services and, accordingly, a huge queue. If you forgot some procedure, then get back to the end of the queue to pay for it. There are no water coolers near the reception. Somewhere there is, but somewhere - not in a prominent place. And I would like at least one cooler on the floor. There are not enough urns on the street, you need to try to find the urn to throw out the same ice cream wrapper..

Food ! Very good large portions are waiting for you at your attached table. There is no need to run to worry to occupy the table and stand in line for food as with a buffet. It's just a pity that children don't eat huge portions and have to throw them away. Therefore, the wish to the management is to make a "children's table" for children and, accordingly, for a ticket, also make a children's tariff at least 25-30% cheaper, and not the full tariff.

- courtesy, hospitality, friendliness and patience (observation from the outside) of the entire staff of the sanatorium!;
- the quality of room cleaning and the willingness of the staff to positively (if possible) resolve emerging issues;
- the food is varied and delicious, I especially liked the dishes of national cuisine, the beef melted in my mouth, the pork was sometimes harsh, and the pastries were great;
- organization and treatment itself, baths and mud (basic) without queues, everything is clean and on time, though I would like to have 10 sessions each for 14 days of rest, not 7, and one free physiotherapy is somehow not enough. The problem with massage is that there are few massage therapists, and replacing hands with mechanics is still not the right thing;
- you can't please everyone for rest, but in general it's not bad, it was nice to listen to folk songs, the afternoon films about the cities of Belarus were informative;
- the territory is gorgeous, silence, forest, cleanliness, calmness and clean air - just great!

We rested and improved our health in the Radon sanatorium from 28.07 to 06.08.2024.
1. The territory and the surrounding nature are magnificent. A beautiful river, a cascade of dams, geese, swans-it is very pleasant to walk and enjoy the views. Gorgeous flower beds and lawns. Against this background, a completely abandoned and littered fountain right in front of the main building is surprising. We launched it once and somehow very weakly. Early in the morning, a large black empty garbage bag was seen at the fountain, so he lay there all day.
2. The medical part in general, the procedures, the staff are at a very good level. We were very satisfied.
3. Everything is clean and tidy in the rooms, the staff is polite, works well.
On the first day, we were pleased with the announcement that the maid would bring 6 bottles of water. I brought it-carbonated. We do not drink it, they asked us to replace it, they said it was impossible, so the package of 6 bottles stood all the time.
4. Kitchen, food- the biggest disappointment! How can it be so tasteless to cook from seemingly normal foods! The menu is excellent, the choice is large, but no matter what you order, the result is the same. Only some salads and fruits were saved.
Often, the time of the meal coincides with the beginning of the waiters' work, you come from the meal, and all the food has long been cold. They say there is a microwave, but one for 400 people.
5. Leisure and entertainment. Every day there are some concerts, movies, competitions. The staff is trying and it's all quite interesting.
It is unclear how a terribly noisy dance floor in the style of the 90s, with a restaurant repertoire and very mediocre performance, is connected with all the advantages of treatment and recreation of the sanatorium. Very close to the dormitory building.
Every day except Monday and from 21 to 22-30. Somehow, you can partially refuse to listen to this rumbling only by completely plugging the window.
Finally. If you ask us if we want to come here again, no, we won't.
I really liked the work of the staff who helped us with ordering, paperwork and gave detailed instructions on the whole trip.
